Story

Thomas was found on the side of a highway on August 2023. He was around a month old at the time. He is currently a year and a half old with his birthday being July 1st 2023. Unfortunately, we neutered him too late as he had begun to become territorial with our other older cat which caused them to become aggressive towards each other. We want to find a family that will give Thomas unconditional love to him and rehome him to a place where we can have space to roam and play. In general, Thomas is a loving and playful cat. He is very cooperative and will allow anyone touch and carry him. At first, he will be anxious and hide under furniture in the dark, but after a while he will warm up to the environment and became his usual, playful self. Unfortunately, he does have a leaky valve in his heart; however, that tear is so small it doesn’t affect him whatsoever and won’t for a long time. He doesn’t need any treatment.

Meet Piper Jean! She's 9 years old. I fell in love with this little kitten when she was born behind the radio stations I worked for at that time. I took her in and she became my baby. She's declawed in the front and spayed since she was of age and weight to do so. She's the sweetest cat and loves to lounge around and snuggle. However, as the years passed I went on to marry and have two small boys now ages 2 and 4. As you can imagine my home that was once quiet is now filled with toys, loud noises and unpredictable movements from my boys. I feel Piper Jean is sad taking a backseat to the two boys that demand my constant attention. She spends most of her days hiding in the house. I think Piper Jean would be best suited for a single person or an elderly person that is looking for a companion to keep them company. She has all of her vet records and has been well cared for. She really loves being brushed and gentle scratches behind her ears. She loves to lay in windows sunning. She will need someone who will take their time with her and work with her to help her come even more out of her shell. She likes to have a place to retreat to when she needs.
