Meet Monty. He is a beautiful 4 year old boy who is not a needy cat, to the point of being aloof at times. He does have a curious and playful side to him that he will show on his terms (He is quite fond of chasing the red dot) Monty's desperately seeking a forever family. He enjoyed being in the community room at the shelter with other cats and had close companionship with some of them. One of them in particular is Marie. These two enjoyed cuddling up together in the cat beds in the room. Recently Marie and Monty were given the chance to be housed together at the SPOT Clinic. They are continuing to settle in and getting the chance to have more individual time spent with staff. Monty is FIV + and can live with other cats and provided they do not fight he should not spread the virus. Marie is a beautiful little 1 1/2 year old girl, with medium black and white fur. She came in with older kitten named Dutchess. They were both in the community cat room and did really well with other cats. Dutchess has been since adopted. Marie has enjoyed being in the community room at the shelter with other cats and had close companionship with some of them. One of them in particular is Monty. Say hello to this beautiful gal Jewel. Jewel is a 2 year old black tabby that is an alumni of the shelter but unfortunately found her way back to us in March after her owner passed away. She wasn't acclimating to shelter life so she came into foster with me. She has opened up quite a bit since being here. She is searching for that special someone who will give her time to adjust to a new home and will giver her lots of pets and love. She is a quiet girl, uses her litter box religiously and is especially fond of temptation treats. Sweet girl Taffy came into our home to be fostered and raise 7 beautiful kittens. A very attentive momma and made sure they were all ready to be adopted into loving homes. Now it's her turn to find that forever home. She is listed as a 2 year old, domestic shorthair, grey tabby with some white and orange markings mixed through. Has been spayed and microchipped. A “tail” of two kitties! Oliver(fka as Glisten) and Elliott (fka Shimmer) were my former fosters that were adopted in 2023. They had a happy home but unfortunately a member of the family developed a severe allergy. They were adopted again but the family was unaware that a family member had an allergy. Because of the difficulty of adopting bonded adult cats, Elliott was adopted separately because they did have other cats and unfortunately got out. We were able to get him back and he is now reunited with his brother Oliver. They are currently in foster care with me. These boys have been through a lot in their short 1 1/2 year life. Let’s not focus on the negatives - only the positives! (No negative comments please) They will make a family very happy with their sweet, but playful nature. Where you see one, the other isn’t far away. They are vaccinated, altered and microchipped!
