Story
Due to medical issues I can no longer keep this 5 year old boy home with me. He gets along really well with dogs. He is a total attention seeker, on his own terms, of course, and loves to snuggle up on my chest. He is neutered and declawed (the front claws). He is a drama queen and a picky eater. He needs a good home where he will be loved Lake County Ohio

Story
Pearl is roughly 9-10 and she's a queen. I adore her but unfortunately she urinates on anything cloth on the floor, and occasionally the couch with well maintained litterboxes. She came to us from a bad situation and I've spent 3 years working with her but even with meds my boyfriend's allergies are too much for urine outside the boxes in a 1b1b. She's shy and skittish and you have to take it slow, but she turns into the sweetest snuggle bug once she trusts you. She is terrified of other animals. I would happily give you a detailed notebook with EVERYTHING I know about her. If she goes to a shelter she will shut down forever, unfortunately even with the time and resources at the end of the day my boyfriend is still heavily affected and his health has to come first. The last thing I want to do is rehome her, I adore this cat she's spoiled rotten. She came with her name, Pearl. She was cream, matted to bits, and so underweight. She's come so far, white as a pearl, 13lbs, a queen

Story
Sweet cat….loves our kind sweet chiweenie dog but the new rescue dog has border collie in him and he keeps chasing her. As for kids, we have grandchildren and she has been good with the babies and toddlers but hides when the 8 and 10 year old boys come over. She is the best sweetest cat…we are trying to train the new dog to leave her alone…we just want the cat to have a happy home and not hding from the dog we got that wants to chase her.

Story
The baby I care for is very allergic to Hansel (but not my different breed). I have an older Persian who constantly pounces & growls at Hansel & doesn't want him around so it's hard to babysit & deal with the situation (I acclimated them slowly). Hansel was dropped off 6/2024, DOB estimated by Vet 4/6/2024. Hansel's vaccinations & rabies: 7/6/24. Front paws are declawed because my older cats arrived to me that way & didn't want an unfair advantage & was concerned about the infant. Because of declawing Hansel MUST REMAIN an indoor cat. Hansel is good-natured & playful he loves cardboard boxes & the baby plays with him & pushes him around the room in a cardboard box; He is gentle & good with the baby. HOWEVER, when adults touch Hansel too much he will give love-bites if overstimulated. Hansel loves his ears rubbed, loves cooked broccoli & ground beef (so watch-out), likes to curl-up next to you, loves watching birds at feeder through the window, loves to play and climb, loves toys.

Story
Name: LiLi Female, Domestic short hair Color: black Age: 8 Litter trained: yes, no issues Social with people: very friendly, loves people and to be pet. Social with other cats: No. Probably needs to be the only cat in the house Recent vet check at Beachland with routine vaccinations and labs completed in May 2023. Normal physical exam. Blind in one eye Not spayed. Needs moderate amount of attention and petting. Prefers extra moist puree wet food, turkey and chicken flavor. Has periods throughout the day where she randomly yowls. Originally an outside cat. My mom allowed her inside her home. She was a super anxious cat but has came a long way. My mom moved and was going to put her back outside, I said "no, I'll take her and find her a home". She's made so much progress with not being as anxious. We believe whoever her previous owners were maybe had something to do with it but I didn't want her to revert back. She's a good cat, never scratched or bit or hissed at me.

Story
Meet Rolo – a very “unique” kitty without a tail that is looking for a very “unique” home! She is what can be called “feisty” in that when an attempt is made to pet her, she will strike out. She needs to be in a home where she can accept human contact on her own terms – frequently preferring to be left alone. She should also be in an all-adult home where her safe space is respected. If this sounds like your dream kitty (or at least something you can handle), please come see her Tuesday-Saturday, 12-4!
