They adore each other & have never been separated. They spend most of their time together throughout the day. Sleep side by side every night. They are truly bestfriends. ● Tabby (orange cat) male who is almost 2 yrs old ● Calico (Multi colored) female who is almost a year old ●Both cats are fixed ●Both come with paperwork that I recieved at the time of purchasing them. ●Both microchiped ●Both very healthy/ no allergies ●Both energeic but love to nap ●Both have health insurance (I will continue to pay for this if needed) ●Both friendly & affectionate/ excellent companions ●Both are used to young children ●Both fully house trained/ no accidents ●Neither scratch furniture, carpets, etc ●Both indoor cats (never been outside) ●They come with all necessities, multiple scratching post, toys, litter box, food dishes

Beautiful Raquel needs a patient, understanding, gentle adopter. She's never experinced those things from a human before and she doesn't quite understand them yet. Raquel originally came from an overcrowded home in Erie County where she was neglected and ignored by the humans. She and a few of her housemates made their way to a shelter here in Westmoreland County where she stayed for about 6 months while volunteers worked hard to gain her trust. Sadly, that shelter had to close their doors so Raquel came to us at Pet Freinds in the hopes that a home environment would help her come out of her shell. Progress has been slow and she is still very fearful and can come off as a mean girl. While Raquel is loved and safe in her foster home, we would love to see her move into a permanent situation so she won't ever need to move around again. It is possible she would be happier and better suited for barn-cat life away from people and those homes would be considered. Ultimately, we'd love to see her go into a quiet home with a loving, patient family. She may never be a lap cat or even be terribly social but she is a gorgeous girl who deserves a chance at a soft place to land.
