Stray kitty, has been coming around for 6 months, during cold weather we let her in to stay warm, she pretty much sleeps on a blanket on a patio chair in the house, very friendly, uses litter box. Very sweet kitty. We are just not able to keep a kitty full time.

Story

We rescued Mochi about 2 years ago from a shelter and she was the shelters longest resident. She was very skiddish and took almost two months before she came out of the room we had set up for her. She took to us pretty quickly after that and is a very lovey girl. She is now around 5 years old. We are looking for her to go to a family that has no cats.

This is Batman! He’s a super sweet, very social, all black kitten (about 4-6 months old), in need of attention. He’s healthy, very active, and overall, has a wonderful, easy going temperament. The only reason I’m needing a new home for him is because I am rarely home and he is truly bored. I work 2 jobs and live in a studio apartment so he neither has room to run and play, or a friend. I got him from a shelter a few months ago, and since then, my circumstances have changed and I can’t be home to take care of him anymore. He was around other cats when I met him (including his sibling named Robin), so I know he’s social and kind with other cats. He’s more than likely great with kids, but it may take some time for him to come around to any dogs. All I ask in possible new owners is that you do have more time than I to give him some love. He’s very sweet and very low maintenance, but he loves people and I regret not being able to give him the regular attention he needs!

Sailor is Supermom of the Year at the rescue. While nursing her own 6 kittens, she took in a 7th (orphan) and lovingly cared for it. Then after these 7 were weaned, she switched to being a surrogate mother for an entire litter of 3-week-old kittens and instantly took to them. She gently bathed, nursed, and snuggled each of these “new” 3-week-old kittens like her own, tenderly caring for each one. Sailor is an absolute sweetheart who approaches her foster mom for snuggles. She leans against her human to be pet and scratched and sometimes even crawls into her foster mom’s lap for a hug, settling down for a long stretch of purring and being pet. Sailor is ready to be spoiled and treated like the queen that she is. She is calm, affectionate, attentive, and has a heart of gold. She is ready for her loving forever home. The person who surrendered her to the rescue described Sailor as “The best cat ever.” Please consider making this gentle, loving cat part of your family.
