INTRODUCING BART & LISA🩷🩵 - BONDED PAIR - This bonded pair is ready for their Furever home. Bart is fully vetted with his shots, neuter and microchip. Lisa is just finishing up her last shots and is spayed and microchipped. They were found on the streets in Nyssa dining at a feral cat station for several months last summer. Lisa is a 2 1/2 year old long haired chihuahua blend weighing in at about 10 lbs of pure sweetness and is a happy girl. She needs help with her potty training, will chase squirrels for hours and does well with all dogs. She loves to sit next to her person for belly rubs and loves. She does well on a leash. Bart is a 2 1/2 year old Australian Kelpie blend and has been Lisa’s protecter by staying close to her side. He is fully potty trained and will asked to go outside. His interest in squirrels isn’t as great as Lisa’s. He is treat motivated and loves to sit next to his person for loves as well. He is stout at 35#’s. He wants to be the boss of other dogs but with consistency and boundaries he will do fine. He does well on a leash This bonded pair just need each other and a loving home.

MEET THIS DYNAMIC DUO QUINOA & OAT Hello, I'm Quinoa, the Chihuahua, and I'm Oat, the Terrier. We're a bonded pair of adorable 10-month-old girls looking for a home together. Even though we know it may be hard to find a home together, it would break our hearts to be separated. In our foster home, we get along well with the cats and bigger dogs. If there are kids in the home, older kids would be best and we require a fenced yard. Quinoa: My foster mom says I'm the most lovable little dog in the universe. I enjoy cuddling and snuggling, especially when she calls me "Lovey." I'm a bit more timid than my sister, Oat, and I like staying close to Mom. Playing with my sister is my favorite thing to do, besides cuddling. I'm pretty good at going potty outside, but I don't like it much, so Mom usually carries me out. I weigh 14 lbs. Sometimes, if something startles or scares me, I have some dribbles. But Mom says it's okay, even people have accidents when they're scared. Oat: I'm the more outgoing one between us. I love car rides and adventures! Life, to me, is one big adventure, and I can't wait to start each day. When I'm not exploring, I love being held and carried around. Cuddling with our foster mom in the evenings is the perfect end to my day. I'm doing great with potty training. I can make it outside almost every time. Occasionally, I forget and potty in the house, but I'm trying hard. I'm not a fan of walking on a leash; I'd much rather be carried. At only 10 pounds, I'm pretty easy to carry. My favorite things are playing with my sister and the other dogs, snack time, playing with my toys, and of course, adventuring! We're hoping to find a family that will love us and treat us like the most wonderful beings in the world.

INTRODUCING CHARLOTTE Charlotte, the 10-pound, 4 year old tri-pod Chihuahua mix, may be small in size, but she has a big personality. Her petite frame and adorable features make her all the more endearing. Despite her small stature, and being a tri-pod, Charlotte is full of energy and loves to explore her surroundings. She enjoys going for walks, playing with toys, and engaging in interactive games. Being a Chihuahua mix, Charlotte may exhibit some of the characteristic traits of the breed, such as loyalty, alertness, and a strong bond with her human companions. She would do well in various living situations, whether it's an apartment or a house with a small yard. (But a fenced yard is required). She is house trained to a dog door, leash trained and kennel trained. She does fine with cats, other dogs and has been around kids 9+. Charlotte's size also makes her a great companion for individuals or families who prefer a smaller dog. Her compact size allows her to be easily carried or transported, making her a wonderful travel companion. Overall, Charlotte's mix of Chihuahua traits and her unique personality make her a delightful and lovable companion. She is ready to bring joy, laughter, and unconditional love to her forever home.

MEET PRINCE😍 Prince is a sweet and very friendly 9-year-old Pomsky. He gets along well with other small dogs and loves people, bonding quickly but experiencing some separation anxiety. Prince is also good with cats; although he may chase them if they run, he responds well to being told "no" and will often be seen snuggling with them afterward. He enjoys playing fetch and tug-of-war with toys. Prince is housetrained and walks well on a leash. He will need a fenced yard and another fur baby to keep him company. Meet Princess Tiana: A Gentle Soul Looking for a Peaceful Home Princess Tiana is a delightful companion seeking a peaceful environment to call her own. This sweet girl thrives in a calm setting and would be most comfortable in a peaceful household away from city life. An apartment may not be the ideal fit for her due to some separation anxiety and a tendency to vocalize when crated. Tiana could flourish in a home with another small to medium-sized dog that has a gentle play style. During her assessment, she showed some initial insecurity around larger dogs but may open up and enjoy playful interactions in the right environment. Mocha (Mokie) would be perfect for someone looking for a couch companion. She loves to snuggle under a blanket and keep your lap (or your shoulder) warm. Mocha turned 9 years old in Feb. I’had her since she was 8weeks old. She is a “teacup” chihuahua and weighs only about 4lbs. It saddens me to re-home her, but I know it is what is best for her health. My home has become too stressful for her, with kids, and another high energy dog in the home that she does not get along with. She would thrive in home that is quiet and relaxed with no other pets or young kids. (She does have a son that is 7 years old that could be adopted along with her. They get along very well with each other)

Bear is a 7 year old “teacup” chihuahua weighing approximately 5lbs. I’ve had him since birth but recently some changes to my household has put a strain on his wellbeing. He is easily stressed by other dogs and kids. He takes a little while to warm up to new people but once he does he’s very sweet and loving. He would do best in a home that is quiet and calm and with a companion who wants to snuggle on the couch. I am also re-homing his mom if interested in adopting 2 chihuahuas. Mother and son get along very well together but not with other pets in the house.

Soooo sweet, so soft, so beautiful. Meet Addie Patrick! Addie is around 4 years old, and we suspect her to be a Pomeranian, Aussie mix. She is a rescue, so exact age and breed are unknown to us and cannot be guaranteed. Addie weighs in around 30 pounds right now, but she’s on a little weight loss journey! Addie loves love- belly rubs, snuggles, gentle pets, she’s always available for some affection. Addie is so friendly, a social butterfly, she’s perfect for a big family or a frequent host/hostess. Addie did well meeting other dogs here at the rescue, but she wasn’t interested in playing with our energetic big dogs. She interacted with them kindly, stepping out of the way of their rambunctious antics, no growling, barking or snapping from this sweet girl! We think that Addie would do best in a home with other sweet, calm dogs like her, or as a solo-dog. With other dogs around, Addie is great at sharing affection, treats and attention. Addie likes kitties! She’s not playful with them, but here at the rescue she perked up a bit upon seeing our house cat Tom. See Addie’s cat test in her video. We believe she would love some kitty housemates. Addie walks well on leash, when you’re using a real leash attached to her real collar. She doesn’t like to walk on leash when using a harness or a slip lead! Addie is a bit of a princess about some things, but with a face that cute, she kind of deserves to be. She’s still learning to embrace the vastness of the world, and sometimes being out of the yard, on leash, can feel a bit vulnerable for her. Addie is super food-motivated and trusting of her people, so a little positive reinforcement will go a long way here. Addie’s perfect home has at least one loving human to call her own. She would prefer a home with a yard, so she doesn’t have to face the big, scary world on leash every time she needs to potty. Addie is working on her confidence, and will need an adopter that is committed to training and socializing her. She will need her forever family to be patient and kind, allow her to fully decompress in her new environment, build her confidence over time, and provide many, many pets. She could live with other dogs, but would prefer to live with older, calmer dogs like her- established Good Dogs. Addie loves cats and wouldn’t mind a feline housemate or two.
