Story
Meet Mika!!! Mika is a Chihuahua that was my disabled mom’s dog. My mom passed earlier this year so I am hoping to find a loving home for her. She is currently in our home but we are unable to keep her. To my knowledge she is aprox 10 years old however she is still incredibly young spirted. She loves to cuddle, play and take walks. From what I’ve seen she does well with other smaller dogs. We do not have small children however she has always been friendly with anyone that she has come into contact with. I am not asking for any fees or funds, just want to see someone else love her as much as my mom did.

Story
Sweet, tiny Tinkerbell is a 12 year "young" 6 pound little chihuahua. She loves to hang out in her little dog bed and watch activities in the home. She is quiet and loving. Does take a few days to warm up to new people. She gets along with all dogs but recommend a home with low activity and no kids under 12. Would be a great companion for retired person. She should not be allowed to jump from couch, chair or bed….she is delicate and has a luxating patella on the left knee. There is no pain despite this condition, which is typical of smaller dogs like Tinkerbell. Austin, TX metro areas only but we will consider nearby cities. Her $350 adoption fee pays for her vet care, microchip, vaccinations, flea-tick prevention, rabies vaccine.

Story
Jax was a gift from my daughter over 10 years ago. He loves to be petted. Not much on playing. He's a lazy guy, little nervous. He walks around hugging the walls. He has a leg that goes in and out so sometimes slips a little. He is not good around kids. He would do best with women.

Story
DARLING GIRL! DeDee is most likely a Chihuahua mix. Vet estimates her to be between 10-12 years old. She still has a lot more love to give you. She is dainty with long, slim legs. Right now she is underweight with some of her bones showing. She will be getting good food and we expect her to weigh like 15 pounds when she fills out. She is affectionate and enjoys pets and laps, also sleeping with her foster mom. DeDee’s adoption fee of $350.00 includes her vet exam, basic vaccinations, fecal test, heart worm/tick test, preventative, dental cleaning, spay and microchip. Austin, TX area adoptions preferred. We will consider nearby cities.

Story
ozzy was found alongside his brother in the middle of nowhere. they showed signs of being abused by whoever owned them before they were found. ozzy has pretty severe separation anxiety and sabbath can be destructive when left alone, but they are the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. they love each other, people, cats, and kids! we unfortunately just dont have the time or money to take care of them because they are very complicated dogs and they need a lot of training that we can’t afford. we are looking for a prepared, stable, patient family who is prepared to give these sweet puppies the life they deserve. they are bonded and must be adopted together.

Story
Meet Raul, an independent and spirited pup ready to find his forever home! Raul is currently living in a foster home and is looking for a family that understands his unique needs and can provide him with the love and attention he deserves. Raul does well with other dogs while out on walks, but his ideal home would not have resident dogs. He has a strong chase instinct with cats, so a cat-free household would be best for him. In his current foster home, Raul shares his space with two female cats, but they do not interact closely due to his tendency to lunge and bark. When it comes to being alone, Raul is quite content in a gated area or free-roaming for short periods. He's house-trained and hasn't shown any issues in that regard. While Raul is a loving companion, he can be a bit particular about being handled or picked up. Sometimes he enjoys being pet, but other times he may growl and snap. It's important to approach him with patience and respect for his boundaries. Raul has made progress in his behavior and no longer exhibits food guarding with humans. However, he still displays this behavior with the resident cats, so it's essential to feed him separately. If you're looking for an independent and spirited companion who thrives in a cat-free environment, Raul could be the perfect match for you. With the right understanding and care, Raul is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving member of your family. Don't miss out on the chance to give Raul the forever home he's been waiting for!
