She’s very defensive and will take her some time to get used to somebody. But once she gets used to you she’s the sweetest thing. Loves getting rubs and cuddling as well as giving lots of kisses. She’s a very calm dog, and is a perfect lap dog.

Story
Chloe is 7 years old. She was given to us by a friend. She was our family dog and was raised with an older lab (male). She has been living with my mom and the lab for the past 3 years but because of medical issues my mom has to sell her house. I currently have an infant and will be starting back to work. My husband and I will be gone for 11+ hours and will not be able to give her the attention she needs. Chloe is very loyal and loves to cuddle and love to give and receive kisses. She is not crate trained. She likes to be free to hide under beds or hide in the closet. Chloe can be very vocal. She will let you know when she needs to go outside to potty but if you don't take her in enough time she will use it inside. She does pee on puppy pad if you are away for too long and can't take her out. She does get scared around strangers and will bark but she has never bitten anyone. She usually will stay her distance until she is comfortable. She's usually more comfortable around women.
