Chloe is 7 years old. She was given to us by a friend. She was our family dog and was raised with an older lab (male). She has been living with my mom and the lab for the past 3 years but because of medical issues my mom has to sell her house. I currently have an infant and will be starting back to work. My husband and I will be gone for 11+ hours and will not be able to give her the attention she needs. Chloe is very loyal and loves to cuddle and love to give and receive kisses. She is not crate trained. She likes to be free to hide under beds or hide in the closet. Chloe can be very vocal. She will let you know when she needs to go outside to potty but if you don't take her in enough time she will use it inside. She does pee on puppy pad if you are away for too long and can't take her out. She does get scared around strangers and will bark but she has never bitten anyone. She usually will stay her distance until she is comfortable. She's usually more comfortable around women.

She’s very defensive and will take her some time to get used to somebody. But once she gets used to you she’s the sweetest thing. Loves getting rubs and cuddling as well as giving lots of kisses. She’s a very calm dog, and is a perfect lap dog.

Stu may have had a rough beginning to his life but that hasn't left him bitter. He is eager to give and receive affection. Stu is his foster mama's shadow; wherever she goes, he follows. He is getting along well with his two dachshund foster sisters, but mostly just wants human attention.  His little face has a lot of character -  you'll have to see the smile on this boy yourself. Stu is working on house training and doing very well. He will stay in his crate when foster mama leaves the house, but for sleeping he wants to be in the big bed, right next to the object of his affection. He is a little shy and timid at first but has been warming up quickly and showing signs of playfulness, just started giving kisses, and loves belly rubs. His whole coat is velvet-soft, which is perfect for all the hugs and cuddles he wants to give. Loud noises and sudden movements scare him a bit and currently he is not a fan of baseball on TV due to the movement, but we are determined to make him an Astros fan. He gets along with his foster brother and sister. He is a great eater and is food motivated!!! Brolie sleeps all night quietly in his kennel and loves following his foster mom and sitting in her lap. His foster parents have been impressed with this 8 year old, red, shorthair gentleman. He is both leash trained and house trained. He has had no inside accidents as he knows what “Outside” means and will quickly potty as soon as he reaches the grassy area. Cooper is crate trained and spends a quiet night peacefully sleeping in his crate. He is a gentle, non aggressive, dog who has gotten along with his three foster brothers. He loves to sit right by you while you read book or watch TV. Cooper is attentive to the comings and goings of his humans and will be watching intently if someone walks toward the kitchen or opens the refrigerator door. He quickly found the windows that are just the right doggy height to keep an eye on the backyard and will alert the foster brothers as soon as a squirrel has dared to stray into their area. Cooper is very easy going and does well during car transport. He is patiently waiting for his new best buddy to find him and take him home!
