MEET NOTORIOUS D.O.G.G.: The pictures, and even the video do not do him justice he is absolutely stunning! He absolutely adores people! He is good with other dogs, but he must have slow introductions. He’s good with kids we think just because of his energy it should be kids that are 10 to 12 and up, he is fully vetted, neutered has already had his Entropian surgery. He is 100% healthy his house train a nose, basic commands. Notorious is just the sweetest and most loving dog. He would like nothing better than to be by your side doing whatever it is that you’re doing. A nice fenced in backyard would be good because he loves to romp around but if somebody is a dog walker that’s great too! if you’re looking for an absolutely beautiful dog was very loving and loyal you found him! Meet Marissa, a 15-month old Collie/Aussie mix with a heart as big as her personality. Her sweet nature, complemented by her goofy antics will keep you entertained for hours. Marissa is not just all fun and games, she's also very smart! She wears a beautiful, long chocolate and white coat. Weighing in at between 35 and 40 pounds now, she’ll grow to be about 45 to 50 pounds.  A girl with lots of energy, Marissa's playful spirit and loving nature make her the ideal companion! She gets along with people and other dogs that are on the calmer side. She doesn’t like dogs all in her face, but can you blame her?  In fact, it would be best if she were the only pet in the house.   Meet Kate, a 4-month-old mix of Collie and Retriever is a delight!  She already weighs 39 pounds, so we expect her to mature to around 60 pounds; she’ll be a big girl. Kate is great with other dogs of all sizes and ages and enjoys being around people! She wears a medium coat of black and white. Kate is learning how to walk on a leash and is getting the hang of it quickly! She is a great girl who would make a wonderful family addition. Kate was found in MS and brought to AL by a good Samaritan. 🐾WALLACE🖤 Wallace is a loving, handsome, 1.5 year old border Collie/husky mix. He is amazing with other dogs & lives with a bunch of them! He does well with cats as long as a clear expectation is made of how he should behave. 🐱 Wallace is house trained and kennel trained, and he walks/runs well on leash! He would do well with older children as long as they are familiar with the breed & ok with potentially being herded. 🐶 This sweet boy thrives with consistency. He has a hard time adapting to change but has gotten better and will continue to improve with the right amount of training. She is fully recovered from her injuries now and is ready to find her new family. 💕 Cookie is not only beautiful but is incredibly sweet as well. She is kind and gentle and just wants to be loved. Meet Redmont, an Australian Cattle Dog/Pittie mix named after the Birmingham neighborhood he wandered as a stray dog for at least a week, capturing the attention of all the residents. After outsmarting many neighbors who tried to catch him, he was finally captured when he followed another dog into a fenced-in yard. Although he was very scared of humans at the time, his love of other dogs helped lead him to a better place. 🐾 He’s been in a foster home for 9 months now, and with the help of professional assistance and dedicated foster parents, he has transformed from a skiddish dog scared of humans into a dog who will approach people with his tail wagging.🐕‍🦺 His foster parents find it remarkable that even though he was so scared of them, he never once growled or snapped at them. He’s a very gentle, sweet dog who plays really well with the other dogs in his foster home. He would love to be adopted into a home with another dog, and would be fine with another dog who is more of the alpha. He’s looking for guidance from the other dogs around him, and he will walk away when another dog corrects him. He may look muscular and tough, but he’s really a softy.  Redmont is estimated to be about a year and a half old. When he plays with other dogs, you can really see his youthful energy. But after playtime, he’s happy to chill and take a nap. This smart boy is completely house trained! Redmont loves going for walks, and walking was one of the biggest factors in his transformation. He is looking for an active family that loves walking as much as he does, and he would prefer a fenced-in yard where we can safely run and play.  Redmont’s foster mom wanted to document his journey for all the neighbors who became so invested in him, so she created an Instagram account (redmont_the_dog) for the neighbors to follow his progress.
