This old girl came into our shelter in pretty rough body shape. She is starting to grow hair back due to severe flea infestation she was chewing it off. She will be getting her teeth cleaned/pulled with us and then would love to join your home. She is pending testing with other animals, but would be best without younger children as she is still sensitive.

Whistledown is an older girl who loves to be independent! She came into us in rough shape, but she is healing now! She would love to find a home that would allow her to have the independence and be able to rest her head! She is best in a home with no small children as she is still a little sensitive on her back end.

Story
Hi I'm Stevie! I came from a small town in Kansas with a couple other dogs after another rescue abandoned me with a foster. When I first arrived to my new foster moms house I was a bit reserved but it only took me a couple hours to come out of my shell. I have a handful of friends here to include both males and females. My step sister Kiwi and step brother Wall-E being my favorites. I get along well with cats too! Since I am still learning that not everything in life is big and scary, I like to take things slow. I would thrive in a home with someone who believes in me and can help turn me into a confidence queen. I would love a home that provides lots of toys as I really like chewing on things! If you're not watching, I might just steal your shoe! If you're looking for a dog that can be the perfect mixture of active and couch potato, I'm the one for you!
