Story
This gorgeous gal with the stunning smile is Daisy. She is a Collie mix, with shiny soft fur. She’s supper sweet, but timid at first. Once she knows you are okay though she will presently roll over and present her belly for rubs and pets. She gives her foster mom kisses all the time. She’s smart and wants to please, but the shyness holds her back. But it’s getting better. She sleeps in a crate all night. Daisy is house trained as well. She is not crazy about a leash, so we are still working on that.  Daisy is great with every dog she meets, and would do best in a home with another dog to help build her confidence. Daisy’s pal in her foster home is Elroy the cat. Daisy is a sweet submissive gal needs the perfect forever home. She is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. Her adoption fee is $225. If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com You can apply to adopt Daisy here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 19, 2024, 12:20 am

Story
Fostering in Tennessee Here's the link to our adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/201317338010137 Our sweet girl Liberty was found as a stray in Mississippi. She is now on the search for her forever home. Something awful happened to Liberty in the past that caused her foot to be dislocated. She has seen our veterinarian and a specialist that both agree this happen a while ago. At this point, it is best to just leave it alone. While she will not be running any marathons or hiking for miles and miles at a time, she has adapted to it being that way, and gets along in life just fine. Liberty is a sweet girl that gets along with most everyone. She loves toys, treats and as many belly rubs as you can give. She is a laid-back girl that just enjoys life with her family. Liberty is house and crate trained and does pretty well with general manners. She is looking for a home that can allow her to live out the rest of her life in peace and relaxation. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need. If you are interested in one of our animals, please complete an application. The application link can be found on our Petfinder homepage under the picture. You may also find our application on our website at www.petmatchmakerrescue.com under the Adopt page. If they are listed on our website, their adoptions have not been finalized yet. That does not mean that we have not received several applications, already. Please complete an application if you are interested and we will keep you apprised of their current status. We are all volunteers that work full-time jobs, so please be patient with us. We will get back with you as quickly as possible. Story
She was mayb 6 weeks old when someone left her on our front porch in Crownpoint, NM in February 2016. We moved back to Mississippi in late 2016 and in 2017 she got hit by a vehicle on the highway and the vet did surgery and put a metal plate in her front right leg. Arthritis meds are crushed and put in food. We got her spayed in New Mexico for $75. She enjoys a/c but also enjoys laying on the back porch for hours but doesn’t like thunder or lightning. I feed Science Diet chicken wet diet 1/2 can and 1 cup Pedigree chicken. My husband died November 2023.

These pups are in Horn Lake, Mississippi too!
