Brie is a pleasant happy girl, a little nervous around strangers but she soon comes around when she gets to know you. She was surrendered with her feline sister, budgie, and 2 very friendly hamsters, due to her family`s housing issues. She is not very food motivated but loves to think she is working hard for her handler. She is happy, comfortable and ready to learn new things.We are looking for a foster2adopt home with the intent of being adopted after 2 weeks so she will stay with shelter staff for a few days while she heals from surgery. If we don`t find that perfect family by Easter Monday, we will be looking for a foster home. Please help us help her feel secure and keep her happy nature.

Due to their owner`s death, this mother and son team will make a great loyal duo to have fun on a large property as long as there is a comfy bed (or 2) to share with their new family. They are not used to children and have not been around many people other than their dad and family members. They may take some time to get used to new people and areas.Coguette (Mom) is 5 years old, spayed and very loyal to her family.Bruce (Son) is between 2-3 year old and not neutered yet.Simcoe and District Humane Society have been asked to help place them as the family is running out of resources to look after them. The Society will also look after vaccines, Bruce`s neuter and any medical needed.If you are interested in these two lovely dogs, please request information adoptions@SimcoeDHumane.ca
