Story
Chansey is an 8-year-old Collie/chow mix who weighs 60 pounds. He talks to you to tell you what he wants. Chansey is a playful senior, who is good with other dogs. He loves people and lights up when they come to see him. He is house and crate trained.  If you are interested in adopting Chansey please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting http://www.charlottespca.org/adopt/. ***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers and we require a home check for each of our adoptable pets prior to them going to their new homes, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family further than 60 miles from Charlotte is responsible for finding a representative of a rescue local to them that is willing to perform the home check. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as the application is approved.***January 18, 2025, 9:04 pm

Story
Introducing Chelsea, a Collie/Husky mix little girl born around 11/11/24. Chelsea is a great, well rounded puppy. She is playful, goofy, funny, and loves other dogs and kids. She enjoys exploring new surroundings and checking out everything to see if it is a good toy. While she loves a good toy, her favorite game is “keep away” from siblings. Best of all, Chelsea is a snuggler. She will snuggle up and take a nap, or soak up all of the scratches will watching a game or a good movie. Chelsea is looking for a home with a structural fence, and has a family member who is home a lot to help her get all of the training a puppy her age needs. She is not a candidate for apartment, condo, or townhome living. She currently weighs 9 pounds and should weigh around 40 pounds when fully grown. She is current on her vaccines and her future spay and microchip is included in her adoption fee. To apply for this sweet girl, please email adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Lady is 10 years old, 55 lbs She is wonderful laid back girl that loves all dogs of all sizes and people. If you want a laid back adoring snuggle buddy, this is your girl. I'm house trained, quiet, loyal... I'm learning not to pull on a leash, but I prefer to be inside right beside you. My foster mom has four littles and we get along just fine. I'm a senior in age but not in heart. I'll be happy to show you! ❤
