Story
Meet Mochi! A spirited 3-year-old pup! He's a bundle of energy who adores people, especially kids. While he's curious about other animals, he hasn't had much experience with them. Mochi craves love and attention and would thrive in a home with plenty of both. He loves outside and walks! He's a quick learner, but may need guidance with resource guarding and boundaries. Ready to give Mochi the loving home he deserves?

Luna is about to be 3 in November, she very loving but very shy until she's comfortable with you which doesn't take very long lol. She loves to be loved!! Hugged and talked to, she's very social and likes being around the group or just close to you. She's all muscle and is medium sized but she thinks she's tiny and loves leaning one you or laying on your lap to show her love. Great for a family, house trained and semi trained for commands...stay, sit, no. She a great dog we are just in the process of moving soon and unable to take her. She needs a loving home.

Story
Bobby is a sweet dog . I have only had him a few weeks. I rehomed him. For some reason he is not getting along with one of my other dogs...my pure bred daschund. his previous owner said he was good with her dogs and her kids. my personal feeling is he would do better as an only dog. He is trained to a crate but loves to be with people.

Story
Princess Fiona is my elderly fathers dog. She is 8 years old and still full of energy. My dad has recently been put on 24hr in home care because his health is deteriorating. He can no longer take care of Fiona. She's good with small dogs, cats and all children. She has a hard time with larger dogs. She was raised with a chihuahua, a small kitten and my grandson who is 4 years old now. She's partially blind bit still gets around just fine. I can't take her in because I have 3 large digs and they don't get along. She is house Trained and likes to lay around and watch TV. She a great family dog and loves to cuddle.

Story
Ms. "Ice Cream" Sundae is ready for her forever home! She definitely acts and looks like a German Shepherd! We think she's mixed with Australian Shepherd because of her markings/coloring, size, and eyes - she has blue marbling in both brown eyes. Oh so pretty! Of her personality traits, the one that stands out the most is QUIRKY! As you can see from her photos, she loves finding little spaces underneath furniture to sleep. She is so silly, super playful, and gets along with dogs, cats, people, everyone. She is very respectful of the cats and dogs. She is being regularly exposed to horses, chickens, and even desert tortoises. German Shepherd puppies tend to be little velociraptors, and while she is mouthy, she is fairly gentle. As with ANY puppy or new adult dog, regular supervision around young kids is necessary. Plenty of puppy teething toys = absolute must! She is learning her name and does excellently with responding when called. Potty and kennel training in progress - she's doing great with both. She will whine and bark to be let out to go potty. She should never be left alone for long periods of time - she has a strong velcro-personality. Her family MUST have another dog, and we're looking for a family that is very interactive with their dogs (ie hiking, beach/lake, socializing, lives indoors with family, etc). Also, this family must have experience with German Shepherds as they have breed-specific needs (ie training, socializing, grooming, etc). Medical: She is dewormed, treated for fleas/ticks/lice, and received her first 2 DHPP vaccines as of 6/28. She is scheduled to be spayed in August, so she will be ready to go to her furever home at that time. At that point, she will be spayed, fully vaccinated with rabies, and microchipped. Adoption fee of $250 helps us recoup out of pocket costs. We're a very small family rescue, so we don't receive grants or funding to help with the costs of caring for our rescues.
