Story
I got Patty on 3/17/24 from a non profit private shelter. She’s extremely sweet but unfortunately she must have been very badly abused in the approximately two years she’s been born. Patty doesn’t bite or is aggressive in any way but she is extremely scared of everything. People, noises and other dogs. I have hired professional trainers to with with her but she only listens or responds to commands occasionally. She feels very comfortable both me and follows me around everywhere I go while I’m home. If not she lives her life in two corners of our house that she feels safe in and can always be found there. I rescued her from someone who had a big yard and Patty looked happy when I first met her when she roamed free. Unfortunately I live in a townhouse with a small yard so she is indoor all day. Patty is happiest when I take her outside for walks which I do as often as possible. I love her dearly but cannot give her the attention she deserves as I need to leave home often.

Story
We adopted Meesha from this site a year and a half ago and she has been nothing short of a wonderful family dog that loves car rides and is great with children and tolerates cats. She is use to having a yard to run in and that would definitely be a preference. Unfortunately, the family is splitting up and relocating to a new area that doesn't allow her breed due to several other factors including the home being sold by the landlord. She loves to talk and cuddle, and is use to sleeping in Bed with me….no food aggression and I always had the grandkids feed her…..well mannered and sweet….she has food, bowls, toys 🧸 and treats along with bed and blanket….

Story
George was found as a stray in Miami Gardens. He was injured in his front leg, covered in other miscellaneous injures, and severely underweight. He is well on his way to a full recovery, will be neutered, microchipped and completely vetted before going on to his furever home. He is about 5 years old, walks well on a leash with no reactions to other dogs, stray cats, ducks, or squirrels. He is a big boy at 75 lbs but will probably be about 80-85lbs at a healthy weight. George is a gentle giant who is learning how to be a dog. So far he is crate trained, has learned to sit, and has even started playing with toys. He doesn’t seem to care for other dogs, but does not show any aggression toward them either, his number one priority is his human. He has been slowly introduced to another large breed dog and has done well in all aspects. He has a very relaxed and mellow demeanor and just wants to spend time with his person. George had a rough start at life previously but is just a gentle giant.
