Duke is a full breed doberman with a very goofy and sweet disposition. He is very food motivated and has been easy to train. Duke needs a home where he can integrate into the family with more interaction than is available with me. My job has called me back into the office unexpectedly and with the long hours at work, it’s not fair to Duke.

Story
One part working dog, one part clown, five parts cuddler - that`s a cocktail for some serious joy. It`s Kaylee! Need some light in your life? Kaylee recently spent quality time in a staff office, where she proved physically affectionate, funny, and super duper smart. She even got to do agility work and ran right through the tunnel without even thinking about it. No doubt she`s an adventure gal. She even stuck her head through the fence to greet some horses. No fear! She`s 60 pounds of bravery who is also a champ in our volunteer-run K9 Nose Work program. The girl likes to work. How does that work for you? She enjoys the company of other dogs and is currently hanging in her kennel with a husky roommate! Sigh, we’ll never forget sweet Kaylee. Kaylee`s adoption fee is waived. She is spayed, microchipped, and has age appropriate vaccinations. A licensing fee may apply. If you have any other dogs at home, we encourage you to bring them down for a meet and greet. Santa Fe Animal Shelter is proud to partner with GoodPup! Dogs learn best in familiar, comfortable environments with few distractions, so GoodPup training happens at home.
