Story
Hello, my name is Sparta! I am a curious pup that is still learning what it means to be living in a home. It took me a little while to trust my foster parents and know that they were here to help me. Now that I understand that all they want to do is shower me with love and show me that the world isn’t as scary as what I thought, I never want to leave their sides. I want to be their protector. I always want to be close by to see what is going on, I don’t want to miss a thing. I am still unsure and timid around new people I meet. I am trying really hard as they all seem very friendly, but I am still a little scared. If you are patient and give me time to warm up, I have an abundance of love to give. I love cuddling up next to my foster sister and foster parents anytime they are on the couch. I tend to get nervous when I am left alone; I am working on it and starting to learn that it is only going to be temporary. My foster parents are teaching me that it’s ok to relax, and that I no longer need to be worried about anything. I may be a little nervous to meet you on the surface, but inside I am so excited to find my forever human.

Story
Hi my name is Barbie! I am a young and curious pup. I love exploring my environment and sniffing around everywhere I go. Even though I am still young, I don’t have any of the bad puppy habits. I am pretty much house trained, I sleep in my kennel at night and when my humans are at work, and I don’t chew on things! I am looking for somebody who is patient and can help me learn about my world, as I can still be quite timid with new people, sounds and situations. Once I learn to trust you, I won’t want to leave your side. If you are looking for a loyal companion to grow together, I’m your gal!! Love, Barbie

Story
Hi Everyone! My name is Loon - but sometimes I answer to Lulu. I love playing with my foster sister and I really look up to her! I am very playful and maybe a little rambunctious, testing boundaries, learning what to chew vs what not to chew and full of personality! I am a very brave and independent pup. I love to explore, play with toys and the other dogs in the house or just zoom around the house or outside. I am an energetic girl who will make an awesome running, hiking, walking or active partner! My breed is guessed to be a mix of heeler and shepherd; both of which are high energy working dogs. This means I will do best if I have a ‘job’ or many ways to expel my energy and use my very smart brain! I am working on my sit command (but that’s really hard to do when your a playful puppy)! I can also jump very high! My fosters said I would likely enjoy (and benefit) from dog training classes such as agility, flyball, frisbee/disk, scent work or even just trick training! I love my food and am responding well to training with food. I am starting to sleep through the night in my kennel, and I am having less accidents. I’m looking for a family that can give me the best life and lots of love! See you soon! Love, Loon

Story
Hi there, I'm Ivory, the silliest pup you'll ever meet! With my fluffy white fur sprinkled with adorable spots, I'm a bundle of playful energy just waiting to pounce! Wrestling and chasing the other dogs in my foster home are my favorite pastimes – nothing gets my tail wagging faster than a good game of tag! I'm a cuddle bug too, absolutely loving being scooped up for hugs and smothering my humans with kisses. Sleeping through the night? Piece of cake! And I'm getting the hang of this whole potty training thing, though sometimes I still get a little too excited. As I am deaf, learning basic commands through sign language is a hoot, but honestly, I pick up most things just by watching the other dogs strut their stuff. Adventure? That's my middle name! But I've got a secret: I'm really hoping to find a forever home with another doggy friend to show me the ropes and keep the fun going! Love, Ivory

Story
Hi, I'm Frankenstein, but my friends call me Frank. I'm a spirited Great Pyrenees/Shepherd Mix eagerly seeking my forever home! Outdoor adventures with my puppy pals fill my days, but I also cherish cozy indoor snuggles with my foster family. Fearless and strong, nothing fazes me! I have an insatiable curiosity and adore exploring my surroundings, although I'm still mastering the art of not gobbling up everything in sight outside of mealtime. I'm making strides with crate training and understanding the importance of doing my business outside (well, mostly!). While I may be pint-sized now at 30 pounds, my foster parents predict I'll grow into a big boy, possibly exceeding 100 pounds! I'm a social butterfly, getting along famously with both dogs and kids, though I've yet to encounter any feline friends. Quick to adapt, I settled in seamlessly with my foster family and am eager to find my forever home. I dream of life on a farm or spacious property where I can be a loyal guardian to my human and animal companions. However, I'd also thrive in a loving household that enjoys long walks and seeks a devoted protector. Thanks for considering me as part of your family—I can't wait to meet you! Love, Frankenstein
