Story
With his handsome, pettable medium-length brown-and-tan tabby fur and his charming demeanor, DENALI is an all-around great teenager kitten. Denali is close with all of his siblings, and loves to chase and wrestle with them. He’s a playful fellow who enjoys all kinds of toys from plastic springs, to balls, to anything you dangle in his face. Denali also loves human attention and is happy to cuddle up with his favorite person after a hard day of play. Denali and his siblings were brought to our cat rescue when their owner was no longer able to care for them. As an active young kitten, it’s important that Denali be adopted with a sibling or into a home with another kitten or playful young cat. Sweet and social Denali would make a wonderful addition to your family. DENALI has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meed DENALI in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet.  The $155 ($280/2 teenagers) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Meet CELAENA and FENRIS, a bonded pair of teenage siblings looking for their perfect home!  Celaena is a silver medium to long-haired female with a fluffy mane and long silver ear tuffs.  She has the posture of a regal princess most days.  Fenris is a black short-haired male with a spot of white on his chest, and he has big paws and a long tail.  Both of them love the laser pointer and to cuddle at the top of the cat tree.  Celaena was the first of her littler to open her eyes and explore, while Fenris is the largest of the litter.  Both have been handled since birth and have been socialized around other cats and dogs.  They are both confident and brave, with a gentle and sweet disposition all at the same time. Story
Meet sweet ASTORIA, a long-haired solid black cat with a bit of a wonky right eye that makes it look like she’s squinting at you.  It just makes her stand out in her uniqueness.  Astoria is the perfect cat for someone looking for an easy-going companion, in a quiet home.  She hit a bit of a rough patch, and was surrendered to the rescue after her owner could no longer care for her and is need of a calm, loving home to call her own again.  She is independent and low maintenance.  She likes looking out the window and perching someplace high for a nap.  She also enjoys bumping up against people’s legs to get cuddles and pets.  She starts out timid but warms up fairly quickly.  She has a special eye that does get crusty occasionally and will need to be wiped, but she doesn’t let that slow her down.  Astoria is an exceptionally rewarding cat to get to know and love, and would be a wonderful addition to the right home! Astoria has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Astoria in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
