Story
Meet sweet ASTORIA, a long-haired solid black cat with a bit of a wonky right eye that makes it look like she’s squinting at you.  It just makes her stand out in her uniqueness.  Astoria is the perfect cat for someone looking for an easy-going companion, in a quiet home.  She hit a bit of a rough patch, and was surrendered to the rescue after her owner could no longer care for her and is need of a calm, loving home to call her own again.  She is independent and low maintenance.  She likes looking out the window and perching someplace high for a nap.  She also enjoys bumping up against people’s legs to get cuddles and pets.  She starts out timid but warms up fairly quickly.  She has a special eye that does get crusty occasionally and will need to be wiped, but she doesn’t let that slow her down.  Astoria is an exceptionally rewarding cat to get to know and love, and would be a wonderful addition to the right home! Astoria has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Astoria in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.  ID 1905-C0131R ASTORIA DOB 4/23/2019 (est) BEST AS AN ONLY CAT AFRAID OF DOGS QUIET HOME, WITH NO YOUNG KIDS ** HOME VISIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL **February 11, 2025, 6:08 pm

Story
ROZ is the sweetest little fluffy black female teenager kitty with some wispy gray hairs mixed in her fur. Roz is a little love bug, but she is also a very energetic and fun little fur ball. She is rambunctious, but wants to be cuddled when she isn’t having the zoomies. She loves to bat small toys around and her favorite toy is anything with a feather!  She is OK with other cats (with a slow intro), with dogs (whom she will sometimes cuddle with), and people of all ages.  She can roughhouse a bit with other kittens.  She is not scared of household noises, and she loves to sit and look out the window.  Roz and her siblings were born to an unfixed neighborhood cat, and went to live with their mom cat in a loving foster home when they were tiny babies. Roz would enjoy a home with another playful young cat or dog, although she might be OK as an only cat with lots of attention,. ROZ has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet ROZ at the Cat Lounge, please fill out an Adoption Application for consideration at catrescues.org/adopt, and an adoption counselor will contact you for a possible meet-and-greet at the Eugene Springfield Cat Lounge, 537 W. Centennial Blvd., Springfield. The $155 adoption fee ($280/2 teenagers) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.  ID# 2407-C0268 DOB: 6/30/24 OK WITH OTHER CATS (SEE TEXT) GOOD WITH FRIENDLY, MELLOW DOGS GOOD WITH YOUNG KIDSFebruary 28, 2025, 1:25 pm

Adoption Fee: $105Weight: 8.8 lbsArrival Date: 3/12/25Microchip ID # 941010002893748Meet Muneca – Sweet, Shy, and Ready to Find Her Forever Home! This little doll, Muneca, is looking for a family to share her love and sweet spirit with. Though she’s a shy girl who may take a little time to warm up, once she settles in, she seeks out attention and affection. Muneca came to us as a Tri-Pod, meaning she has only three legs, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit! In fact, she has the cutest bunny hop that is sure to make you smile.Muneca would thrive in a mellow home where she can receive plenty of love and patience. She’s lived with other cats and done very well, so she could be a great fit for a home with feline companions. If you’re looking for a sweet, resilient companion who will show you just how special she is, Muneca might be the perfect match for you!

Story
Good afternoon, humans! My name is Aspen and I`m the queen of the castle. I know I`m gorgeous, but I also have a very large personality. No need for any other animals in the home, as I`m all that you will ever need in your life. Please rest assured that I`ll allow you to feed and pamper me as much as I want and I might even let you sleep in my bed! If you are ready to be my companion and provide me with toys and cat trees, then I`ll keep watch for intruders through the windows of our new home together. Let my staff know when you`re arriving and they will prepare for my departure!
