Story
This kitty's adoption fee is 50% off! Thank you to Kia and Petfinder for the grant that made this possible! Available: Now! DOB: 6/27/23 Tessa has been really busy working on her dunk. When this little bobcat isn't trying out for the WNBA, she enjoys hanging out with her kitten pal (Henry). She is a quiet and polite little girl who loves laps, other kitties, toys, snuggles, and is ready to find her forever family! She is SUPER food motivated, so her adopter is going to have to keep an eye on her weight. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines, FeLV/FIV test, flea/tick treatment, microchip & registration and de-wormer. For their health and happiness (and your sanity!), we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. If you adopt more than one kitty, you will receive a discount of $25 per kitty. Previous adopters will receive a $25 discount on their new kitty. Tessa and Henry really love each other and would love to be adopted together! ##1789423##

Story
This kitty's adoption fee is 50% off! Thank you to Kia and Petfinder for the grant that made this possible! Available now! Date of Birth: 4/19/22 Linny spent his first year of life outdoors, completely feral. Over the last year, he has learned to love snuggles and pets. He has lots of energy and loves to play with humans and other kitties. However, he is quite shy at first and requires extra time to warm up to new people and become the lovebug he truly is.  The adoption fee covers the cost of kitty's spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip & registration, dewormer, flea & tick treatment, age appropriate distemper vaccines and their FIV/FeLV test We believe that kitties need a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. If you adopt more than one kitty, you will receive a discount of $25 per kitty. Previous adopters will receive a $25 discount on their new kitty. If this will be your first kitty, we suggest that you check out this site for a lot of important information: Cat Adoption Checklist. People think cats are easy pets, but they are very unique and there is a lot to learn. There is a lot of information online, and you are always welcome to ask us our advice. You'll want to make sure you have all the basic supplies before you bring a baby home: nutrious food, bowls (not plastic), litter, litter pan, litter scoop, toys, scratchers & cat trees, nail clippers and a cat carrier. ##1770224##

Story
This kitty's adoption fee is 50% off! Thank you to Kia and Petfinder for the grant that made this possible! Available now! Date of Birth: 2/18/21 Princeton was adopted out as a kitten and through no fault of his own, was returned to us. Princeton is a VERY big boy that loves being petted and giving head-butts, and also loves to play! But when he's mad, he can be quite rough, so he is NOT recommended for young kids. He needs pet parents that will be loving but firm with him, similar to a dog.Princeton takes a couple weeks to warm up to new people and pets, but once he loves you, he is your absolute best friend and will want to be a part of everything you do. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines, FeLV/FIV test, flea treatment, microchip & registration and dewormer.  We believe that kitties need a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. This kitty's adoption fee is 50% off! Thank you to Kia and Petfinder for the grant that made this possible! Available now! Kitty's date of birth: 3/22/20 George Weasley may be the strangest cat you'll ever meet. He LOVES and NEEDS his cat friends. He particularly likes other large male cats. Despite being with humans since birth, he is very shy around humans and does not trust them. He won't let us touch him, unless he is standing next to another cat that is being pet. He knows his name and will have entire conversations with you, providing you don't get too close. The right home for George would have other neutered male kitties and humans that understand that he'll never warm up or be friendly. If you have a big heart and need a friend for your male cat, George might be the guy for you. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines, FeLV/FIV test, flea treatment, microchip & registration and dewormer. We believe that kitties should have a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. Story
"Violet Mittens" is a very sweet young cat that walked out of a cornfield on a hot day in July, starving, and hoping to find some food with the kind people that lived next door. Of course, they fed her but although their daughter fell in love with her, their dog did not! Actually, the dog terrorized this poor feline and chased it away. The Good Samaritans called us and told us what a sweet little cat she was. The next day we came and picked her up! Her foster has named her Violet and that is her "official" name, but she has white mittens and a white chest and belly, as you can see. This beautiful young cat has been spayed and she has been tested for FIV/Leuk. and is negative. Violet has been given her shots for distemper and feline leukemia and received her Rabies Shot. She has also been given flea meds and been de-wormed. She is in excellent health! Please let us know if you have any questions about this loving young cat at citizens4animals@yahoo.com Our procedure is to ask all potential adopters for an application to be filled out. There is no obligation on your part, but we need to have some information since we do not have a shelter, and all pets are in foster care. Thank you for your understanding.
