Story
Meet Pops, the feline equivalent of a wise, reserved godfather. Pops may be a senior cat, but he's got plenty of personality to share with the right person. He’s a little aloof at first, and may even give a hiss or two—just to keep things interesting—but once you break through his cool exterior, you'll find a loving, affectionate companion who’s more than ready to receive your pets and attention. Pops is looking for a quiet, adult-only home where he can reign supreme as the only pet. He thrives in a peaceful environment and would prefer to keep things calm and low-key. While he does have some unique litter box needs (he’s quite the connoisseur), our adoption counselors will gladly walk you through everything you need to know. Pops requires two litter boxes and prefers different types of litter to meet his fancy standards. Pops is also on a special prescription urinary diet to keep him in tip-top shape. He’s a bit particular, but with the right care, he’ll be a loyal and loving companion for years to come. If you think you’re the right match for Pops, come meet him and see if you can win over this charming, character-filled senior. He’s got a lot of love to give—once you earn it! If you are interested in adopting, please complete an Adopter Profile form at www.parl.org/adopt and come by to visit during open adoption hours!
