Story
Meet Lola: She is a pretty and Young German Shepherd mix, approximately 1 year old. She has demonstrated a good behavior and she isn’t destructive. She likes car rides and if left in the car for short periods of time she doesn’t shows separation anxiety. She behaves well inside the house, seems like she is potty trained, so far she hasn’t had any accidents inside the house. She likes to play and run when she has the opportunity. She probably weights 65-70 pounds, she eats well, she is calm inside the house, but has lots of energy in a doggie park. Lola likes to be next to the caretaker, but she can be alone and calm for few hours. She is a people’s dog, very friendly. She deserves a loving family who appreciated her loyalty and kindness. She will be current on her vaccinations, spayed and micro-chipped and will be a wonderful companion. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link. Story
Mika, is a sweet dog but our daughter is extremely allergic and we have too busy of schedules to give her the attention that she deserves. Because of the allergy Mika lives in a separate part of our house which is really sad because she is very cuddly and loves everyone. She is extremely strong and strong willed but with the right attention she could be a phenomenal dog. She is just the right amount of protective and has no aggression towards kids or other animals although, she does scare them because she does not realize her size. She loves fireworks and playing catch. Because of her strength she will need an experienced dog owner. Please help this sweet girl find a forever home where she can get the love that she deserves.
