Story
Kotah is 3 years old. We got him 2 years ago before our last kid was born. We’re looking to re-home him to someone who has the time to give him the love and affection he deserves. We want him to be able to be a dog again. We recently moved into a house with a smaller yard and we work long hours so we don’t have the time to give that he really needs. He’s good around both sides of our family and all the kids. He has only been around one other dog which was a Yorkie. They got along very well, but he barks at other dogs and hates cats. He also barks at anyone that he does not know. He’s very protective against strangers. He can come off aggressive to strangers but has never bit or anything. We are not charging an adoption fee because the money doesn’t matter, we just want him in a good home, so we will be strict in our decision. We’d prefer somebody with training experience just because of his lack of socialism with strangers.

Story
Some time in June I happened to stumble upon her at a young age. Coming home from work in a semi rural area she popped out of the side of the road and almost made me and my car take a tumble off the road. Luckily I managed to stop and, look in front thinking it hadn’t crossed yet when I opened my door to see what it was or if it had crossed already I found her a baby at the time run up to me, although I knew one dog at home was a bit of work I thought to myself I couldn’t leave her behind like this so I took her in. Ever since then she’s been a fine dog up until recently, at the time I picked her up and took her in I was single no responsibility in sight for the most part, unfortunately for her and fortunate for me I have a baby boy now and can’t seem to find the time I used to dedicate to her, as well as she seems to want more room and has begun to run away although she is very easy to call back and never once gone but two blocks away, she is in need of an active family.

Story
Meet Bear! He is a friendly, smart, and energetic pup who is always up for a game of fetch. Bear is a great companion who loves to explore, and he is very curious about everything around him. He loves to give kisses and meet new people. Bear is a great dog who is just waiting to find his forever home. He is a great companion for someone who wants a best friend to go on walks, hikes and other adventures with. Would you like to know more about Bear? Name: Bear Breed: German Shepherd mix Sex: Male Age: 9 months Spayed/Neutered: Scheduled Vaccinations: Vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Negative Housetrained: Getting there Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $300 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
