If you are interested in Bria, please contact masonhong21@gmail.com Bria is proof that age is just a number. This loving 12 year old girl is the perfect companion, at home or wherever your days take you! Bria is the definition of a loyal friend. There is nothing in the world she loves more than to spend her days by your side. She will be there for you to celebrate your happy moments or shower you with affection on the not so good ones. Bria is super friendly, loves people, and is quick to make friends. Bria is a wonderful working from home buddy. Gentle and calm, she has impeccable house manners and is great in the car. She is always ready to jump in on an adventure with you - she's got plenty of energy for a good walk - or is happy just cuddling on the sofa. Her foster says she's so well behaved that he just takes her everywhere with him. Bria mostly enjoys lounging around the house doing nothing - relatable! She has done great in apartments but she wouldn't mind having her own yard. She would do best in a quiet home with older kids or adults. Bria is a people's dog and would be happier as your one and only pet. All she really wants is a family to love and call her own. This sweet and gentle soul has so much love and devotion to give, and would make her future family very happy!

Story
At just 5 months old, TictTac has quite a resume! Among her skills and experience, hse proudly lists the following qualifications: Sweet & Cuddly: She's a certified love bug with a strong endorsement from her foster family in this area. Prepare for snuggles! Outdoor Enthusiast: TicTac is an accomplished swimmer and has well-honed hiking skills (shout out to you outdoorsy types looking for a perfect companion). Excellent Social Skills: TicTac gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys meeting and forming relationships with new people- kids and adults alike. Quick Learner: TicTac will learn her roles and responsibilities quickly, and master new skills with lightning speed. She learned house training and sleeping through the night very easily and is at the ready to learn the skills she needs to be successful in your pack. References available upon request (and they're all glowing!) The adoption fee for this puppy is $475, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. A $250 spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption. This fee covers spay/neuter at one of PetConnect's preferred veterinary partners. If the adopter chooses to use their own veterinarian, the deposit will be returned with proof of sterilization. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system. We thank Northside Veterinary Clinic in Arlington for their generous sponsorship of Snoop Dog which means his adoption fee is WAIVED!! You can learn more about them at http://www.northsidevetclinic.com/index.html If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our dog adoption questionnaire and e-mail any questions to: trailshomefarm@homewardtrails.org PLEASE VISIT THIS WEBSITE TO FIND THE ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE: http://www.homewardtrails.org/adopt-a-pet/adoption-forms/ LOCATION: Trails Home Farm, 2581 Winchester Rd, Delaplane, VA ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Trails Home Farm Staff HOW TO MEET THIS ANIMAL: Any dog at the Trails Home Farm or in foster require an appointment for any approved adopter to have a meet and greet. ADOPTION FEE: WAIVED! Meet Snoop Dog!! Snoop Dog has an amazing connection to people. He loves to be loved on but the poor thing is so insecure and feels you may take his food away from him so he truly doesn't want to be bothered while he eats. He suffers from resource guarding and the new adopter will need to continue training to help and provide patience and understanding while he deems something as his. Snoop Dog is SO smart and knows some really cool commands, like paw, speak, heal, and stay. He aims to please! He has not had a single accident in his kennel so he may be potty trained....BONUS! Poor Snoop suffered from separation anxiety in his previous foster home so he comes with a specific crate when he is adopted. Snoop will need someone to help him continue to improve with this. Due to his separation anxiety, Snoop is not suited for an apartment home. Snoop Dog is currently on a fish-based diet to help with some allergies. Snoop Dog may have some flaws but this should never prevent a dog from finding the perfect match. We know the right person is out there for him to take him out of the chaos of the shelter environment. Come meet Snoop and see for yourself how much love he has to offer. KNOWN WITH DOGS: Snoop Dog is dog selective and prefers to meet other dogs slowly on a walk before he's ready to engage in play. This may take some time. He likes to roughhouse when playing. Not dog park material. KNOWN WITH CATS: unknown KNOWN WITH KIDS: Snoop Dog would do best in an adult only home. KNOWN COMMANDS: Sit, down, paw, speak, heal, stay KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Snoop Dog has some separation anxiety that he struggles with but has been managed well with Trazadone, as needed. KNOWN LIKES: People and attention KNOWN DISLIKES: Kennel life. Others around while he is eating things. Snoop Dog has become a little depressed since being in the shelter. He is more than ready to find a home! We again thank Northside Veterinary Clinic in Arlington for their generous sponsorship of Snoop Dog which means his adoption fee is WAIVED!! This INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts! ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 45 lbs KNOWN WITH DOGS: Grace does well with other dogs. She plays with other dogs at the Homeward Trails Adoption Center and is considered a hard player who would do best (if there is another dog in the home) with someone who is active but confident about asserting their boundaries. KNOWN WITH CATS: We do not currently know how Grace is with cats. If that is needed, let us know and we'll work on getting that information! KNOWN WITH KIDS: Grace did okay with her previous owners' grandchildren, but we don't think living with small children permanently would be a good fit. KNOWN COMMANDS: Sit KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Grace is housebroken to our knowledge. KNOWN LIKES: People, treats and affection. KNOWN DISLIKES: Loud noises. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Meet Grace, the spirited pup with a heart full of love and a zest for life that's sure to bring joy to any home. With an estimated weight of 45 lbs, Grace may be compact in size, but she's bursting with energy and affection. In the realm of canine companionship, Grace is a social butterfly, thriving in the company of other dogs at the Homeward Trails Adoption Center. However, her exuberant play style may require an owner who is active and confident in setting boundaries. With the right guidance, Grace is sure to make a wonderful playmate for a furry friend. Grace's list of likes is simple yet heartwarming - she thrives on the love and affection of her human companions, along with tasty treats to reward her good behavior. However, she does have a dislike for loud noises, so a calm and peaceful environment would suit her best. Despite her past challenges, including sensitivity at the vet and making a mess at home, Grace is ready to turn over a new leaf and find a loving forever family who can provide her with plenty of exercise, enrichment, and, most importantly, unconditional love. If you're seeking a loyal and energetic companion to join your home, look no further than Grace - she's waiting to steal your heart and become your steadfast furry friend for life. She likes to have some playtime in water. KNOWN DISLIKES: Cookie does not like small kids or other dogs in her space. She is OK on her own, but does hate being all by herself. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Cookie is looking for a low-key family that wants a couch potato who is fine having one dog and doing some gentle socialization with her over time to get her used to other dogs! She's not great in an apartment and would LOVE a yard. She loves water and enjoyed her recent trip to a pond. Come meet me during our events Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM at the Homeward Trails Manny Law Adoption Center, 11116 Fairfax Station Rd, Fairfax Station, VA. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our dog adoption questionnaire and e-mail any questions to: adoptioncenter@homewardtrails.org PLEASE VISIT THIS WEBSITE TO FIND THE ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE: http://www.homewardtrails.org/adopt-a-pet/adoption-forms/ LOCATION: Adoption Center ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Adoption Center ADOPTION FEE: $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts! ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 60 lbs KNOWN WITH DOGS: Leo plays with other dogs just fine but is not really into sharing his food or having a dog be in his space. KNOWN WITH CATS: Leo used to live with a cat and did some chasing of his kitty friend. We would not suggest having him live with another cat. KNOWN WITH KIDS: Leo lived with three children previously under the age of 8 and did well with them. KNOWN COMMANDS: Sit, stay, come, heel, shake KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Leo settles nicely in his crate and is crate trained KNOWN LIKES: Affection, training, walks, good sniffs, toys, running, foraging, digging holes KNOWN DISLIKES: Some dogs and sharing space/food around other dogs, unfamiliar noises ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Leo was returned to Homeward Trails due to the extent of leash reactivity to other dogs. He previously came to us from one of our rural shelter partners when he was 7 months old. He is likely looking for a home where he can be an only dog with a fenced yard. Leo is a sweet pup that is VERY selective for his other furry friends! He's been OK with a cat in the home once he got to know them, but chases/reacts to new cats!! He's great meeting a dog off leash in a controlled environment, but likes his home to himself, and gets nervous with leash meetings. Leo has been great around kids, but older kids would be a better match so if he wants to protect his space, they can understand what he's telling them! He loves his people, and to play with his humans. He has medium to high energy, and would love an exercise partner and happy to be a couch potato after a big day. Leo is house trained!!! Our cute boy is waiting for his forever family, and ready to meet you!
