Story
Bear is a happy and friendly dog with a sweet smile.  He generally gets along well with dogs of all sizes and loves to play chase and wrestle in the yard.  He is respectful of smaller dogs and usually takes a low position to make them more comfortable. He is gentle with people and has done well with both adults and children alike.  The only issue with small children is his size, and he may lean against or push on a small child being unaware of his body size and space. Bear loves “sniffing walks” and to explore his neighborhood, but must remain on a leash at all times.  He understands the commands sit, down, wait, and “inside”. He is responsive to liver treats (his favorite) and is usually gentle when taking one.  Bear prefers to chew on soft toys. He sleeps on the couch at night and prefers a soft surface due to his past leg surgery.  In typical Pyrenees fashion, he can be protective of his home and yard.  He will bark to let others know that he is guarding his space but is fine with people entering the home.  He has never met a stranger and is very enthusiastic to make new friends.  He is crate trained and housed trained.  His adoption fee is $525 and he is neutered, Heartworm Negative, Microchipped and has his shots.     If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. Story
Meet Rocky, a 2-year-old Golden Retriever mix. He has reached his mature weight of around 63 pounds. Rocky wears a medium-length wavy tan and brown coat. He now has a cute little nub tail, since when he was found roaming the streets his long tail was degloved and needed to be amputated. He's healed wonderfully from his tail amputation! Rocky gets along great with other dogs and loves to play. He also loves to talk to you throughout the day. Adopt Rocky and let him fill your life with love and laughter! What a delightful fellow he is! (ME,11/29/24)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.January 4, 2025, 2:33 pm

Meet Summer and Winter, a sister/brother duo of Golden Retriever mix puppies. At just 4 months old, they are full of life and love. Summer and Winter are 24 pounds of pure joy, exuding warmth and chill vibes, too. We expect them to mature to around 50-60 pounds. They wear a medium coat of gold and white. Summer is a ball of sunshine; her sweetness and friendliness are infectious! Winter, on the other hand, is a playful boy who loves cuddles! They play wonderfully with other dogs and make every moment an adventure. They are looking for a forever home where they can grow, play, and bring joy to their new family.
