Well hello there! Meet Trooper & Huckleberry, two majestic Great Pyrenees. How to describe them? Gentle, sweet, loving, and lazy as can be most of the time-ha! We have 1 acre here in Riverside that backs right up to wildlife so they love patrolling the perimeter and making sure coyotes stay at bay. They are phenomenal guardian dogs. They are WONDERFUL with children; the pyr breed is one of the most tolerant and gentle breeds of all dogs and it shows in their daily life. They are indoor/outdoor dogs but sturdy enough to live on a farm. I rescued them approx 2 years ago with the assumption we would stay on our property. Due to unforeseen changes, we will be leaving the property we currently own and, unfortunately, cannot take them. I made them a promise to find them an amazing home, and I am committed to ensuring they are placed with someone who will cherish them as much as I do. What they need: to stay together, a large property or farm, lots of love and treats.

Tengu is a sweet, goofy XL puppy. He is in foster with other dogs but is dog-selective and has an “alpha” personality. He prefers to be where his humans are - chilling out watching tv, helping you cook, following you to the bathroom, playing fetch in the backyard - and would love a home with hiking, camping, and family adventures. He loves following you around like a shadow, but can also be overprotective of his humans, typical of guardian breeds. He can be reactive on leash around strangers, so an experienced handler ready to train is a must.

Story
Bolt is such an incredible dog! He's so friendly and loves everyone. He may only have one eye but that doesnt stop him from being any other dog. He's super sweet and greets everybody with a wagging tail and lots of kisses. He's got the perfect energy of couch potato or walking buddy. Whatever you want...he's right there with you and matches your energy. He's great with other medium or large dogs but would do best in a home without small or petite dogs or cats. He's fine with older kids (13+) but young and rambunctious kids make him nervous. He loves going for walks! He's playful and loves romping around the yard and then back to the couch he goes to cuddle! He's a total lap dog and is very affectionate!! He's 2 years old and weighs about 75 lbs.

Want a big fluffy polar bear? Ghost is very true to his breed , please do research on Great Pyrenees. He is crate trained and goes in his xl crate for bedtime. But would be fine outside full time. He has a beautiful white coat that needs groomed at least twice a year to prevent mats. He is loyal to his people and generally very friendly. He loves to be outside and patrol and protect his yard. He needs a secure fence or would run away. He would do GREAT as an ONLY DOG. He does ok with other dogs while supervised, but wants to be alpha and does not have good manners. He tolerates cats as long as they give him distance. He was raised with kids. He loves affection and playing with toys. Ghost loves water and playing in the kiddie pool. He has a big bark. He would not be a good dog for a place with barking restrictions. I believe he would do well with livestock. *Adoption Fee Negotiable (xl crate, bed, bag of food, treats, brushes, and toys included)*

Lilac is a beautiful girl who is so sweet, friendly, and ready to be the love of your life. She's very affectionate and loves everyone who crosses her path. She's very attentive also and super eager to please. She learns new tricks and commands quick! She is wonderful with other dogs, kids, cats, and horses too! She's always so happy and loves making new friends. Despite her breed, she doesn't need a ranch or a big place....just a lot of love and plenty of walks will make her happy and satisfied! Azalea is a sweet angel darling who is as beautiful as her name. She's very affectionate and loving. Though she can appear a wee bit shy at first, she warms up fast and will be wiggling her tail in no time and showering you in kisses. She's very smart and eager to please. She loves to be pet and will melt right into your lap. She's wonderful with other dogs, children, cats, and horses too! She is the most savvy around horses than all her siblings. She loves to play and romp around but settles down quickly and just likes to follow you around or find a spot to nap in. Est DOB 6/20/2024
