Story
Meet Baloo – a sweet natured, active 16-month-old Great Pyrenees. Baloo is very loving and affectionate and gets along well with people and other dogs. He's been a great friend to our 8-year-old son, often cuddling up with him at night. While he had a small hiccup early on with a too-tight hug, Baloo quickly settled into his gentle, protective nature. He thrives with regular exercise and would flourish in a home with a yard where he can roam and play. He would also thrive in a rural or farm setting. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion with a big personality, Baloo might be the perfect match for you. Please reach out for more details!

Story
PLEASE READ BIO BEFORE APPLYING Meet Sugar Sugar is an adorable Great Pyrenees puppy. She was dumped and left to die in a high kill shelter because she has Cerebellar hypoplasia. This is a neurological condition in dogs that affects the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls balance, coordination, and motor skills so they tend to be wobbly and imbalanced, but they are the happiest sweetest dogs and can live a long and happy life. She is incredibly friendly, loves all people , she is playful with other dogs. She is so so special and lovable. She deserves a loving forever home. She can walk on her own , but also can use very little assistance with a harness. She can pee and poop on her own. We have many posts of her and her progress on our instagram and Facebook. Story
Meet Ocean Ocean is a very sweet big guy. He is a lover of all people , good with other dogs and very playful with proper introductions. This sweet boy found himself in a high kill shelter kenneled with another dog that he came in with. The other dog was adopted from the shelter. Ocean was terrified , scared of the leash , but still incredibly sweet with everyone. He is slowly learning to walk on leash. Walks very slow and gentle. Doesnt pull. He is potty trained. We are looking for a home who has experience with livestock guardian dogs. If interested in learning more about this dog & setting up a potential meet & greet, please fill out our adoption application. https://www.underdogheroes.org/applytoadopt

Story
Meet Dottie PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING, AND DOTTIE’S FOSTER MOM IS THE ONE YOU NEED TO CONTACT. PLEASE DO SO BY PHONE, TEXT, OR EMAIL: brittanymusij@gmail.com, or call or text (925) 784-3786. Dottie is an adorable mix of Great Pyrenees, Staffordshire Terrier, and Pitbull according to her DNA results. She is 11 months old and was born around March of 2024. Found on the side of Hwy 76 last August, she was emaciated and abandoned with no collar or microchip. Fortunately, she was taken in by a Good Samaritan and is now a thriving, happy pup! Her foster has all of her medical records, and these will go with Dottie to her forever home. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. She would thrive with a family that has a yard, and especially with another dog. She behaves very well with other dogs and people and desires company from both. She loves lots of attention and plays well with children. Dottie hasn’t lived with cats but has interacted positively with them. If you would like to meet this sweet girl or have any questions, please contact her foster mom, Brittany: Email brittanymusij@gmail.com or call or text (925) 784-3786. Her foster mom works full-time, so do not be deterred if you don’t hear from her immediately. She will return your call, text, or email as soon as possible.
