Tengu is a sweet, goofy XL puppy. He is in foster with other dogs but is dog-selective and has an “alpha” personality. He prefers to be where his humans are - chilling out watching tv, helping you cook, following you to the bathroom, playing fetch in the backyard - and would love a home with hiking, camping, and family adventures. He loves following you around like a shadow, but can also be overprotective of his humans, typical of guardian breeds. He can be reactive on leash around strangers, so an experienced handler ready to train is a must.

Well hello there! Meet Trooper & Huckleberry, two majestic Great Pyrenees. How to describe them? Gentle, sweet, loving, and lazy as can be most of the time-ha! We have 1 acre here in Riverside that backs right up to wildlife so they love patrolling the perimeter and making sure coyotes stay at bay. They are phenomenal guardian dogs. They are WONDERFUL with children; the pyr breed is one of the most tolerant and gentle breeds of all dogs and it shows in their daily life. They are indoor/outdoor dogs but sturdy enough to live on a farm. I rescued them approx 2 years ago with the assumption we would stay on our property. Due to unforeseen changes, we will be leaving the property we currently own and, unfortunately, cannot take them. I made them a promise to find them an amazing home, and I am committed to ensuring they are placed with someone who will cherish them as much as I do. What they need: to stay together, a large property or farm, lots of love and treats.

Hollywood is a professional snuggler, expert in animal supervision (especially cows, horses, and kids), and a full-time cuddle enthusiast. Despite being built like a bear, Hollywood is all about the love, not the “guarding the outdoors” thing (but, you know, still technically doing that too). Hollywood and his equally adorable brother were rescued from a previous gig as professional fluff balls, after their original owners decided to keep their parents. Now, they’re living the good life – happily house-trained and just waiting to remind you that you’re never alone, especially if you have snacks. No word yet on how Hollywood feels about other animals, but if they like cuddles, they’re in for a treat. Just beware: you may find yourself competing for the best cuddle spot. Hollywood’s already claimed the couch.

On Christmas Day, a miracle happened. Hanamana and Milagros were found alone, barely two weeks old, curled up in a box on a dirt road in the desert. The temperature had dropped to a chilly 32 degrees, and without rescue, these tiny pups wouldn’t have made it. But fate intervened. They were brought to a loving foster home, where an incredible mama dog took them in as her own, embracing them like one of her nine pups.
