Story
Rocky is a beautiful quirky dog who loves to be walked, and is good with other dogs but does not play with them. He is very scared during thunder storms and fireworks. He loves people, anyone who will pat him or give him a treat. It would be great if he had a fenced in yard because he loves to go and hang out outside except for in the rain. He does not jump or bark at people coming to the door. He will however bark at other dogs as they walk by the house if he is outside. He is a great dog.

Story
This charismatic and beautiful young 1 year-old, 72 lbs Great Pyrenees girl is called Myra. Found in the Nashville Tennessee area as a stray this girl is now in New England area in a foster home.   We are looking for a mature and settled home that is quiet and will be a leader for Myra and help her to know that she must follow the rules of the household. This girl has a warm and uplifting smile and a huge desire to be petted and given attention. She is wonderful with other dogs and loves to play in a fenced yard.  She is housebroken and comfortable in a home.  We have key suggestions as to how to set boundaries for such a big girl when getting acclimated to a new environment and family. Please contact us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com or leave a text message at 615-661-5333. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 12, 2025, 12:10 pm

Story
Are you looking to add just the cutest and biggest pup to your home? Look no further. I am a big puppy! At 3 months old, I already weigh over 25lbs. I was originally born in Tennessee and came up to NH as part of a life saving transport with my siblings. I am believed to have a good amount of Great Pyrenees in me. I'm looking for a family that I can grow with and that is willing to teach me all of the things. I really like people, and though I am a little shy at first, I do warm up. I still need to be house trained, leash trained and all the basics! If you are interested in adding a BIG dog to your life, give the shelter a call at 603-472-3647. I will likely be 80+ pounds, so if there is weight restriction at your residence, keep an eye out for the next puppies in need.
