Story
TAKODA is an AGOUTI (wolf-colored) Alaskan husky that was found laying in the middle of the street next to his dead friend who got hit by a car. He was raised on the streets and started off pretty wild/feral but has come a LONG way since coming to the rescue. He has learned household manners (such as not jumping on counters) and is very enthusiastic with his affection. He is desperate to come inside and be part of a family. This dog is energetic and somewhat assertive but not at all aggressive and listens well to boundaries set by other dogs... He would love another similar-sized dog to play with who is confident enough to become friends and a Person or family who is willing to train him. >> Huskies are very smart and very vocal, although TAKODA only howls or yelps when he is being left in a kennel but really wants to be with his family. ***He has also been known to be an ESCAPE ARTIST and will need an escape-proof yard or kennel at first (provided at no cost) but once he is bonded with his family, he has no desire to go anywhere. Hit us up if you are interested in TAKODA or have any questions for us! VALLEY CANINE Specialists Admin@ValleyCanine.org 209.280.0892 FB.com/ValleyCanineSpecialists

Story
Sky was picked up off the streets and then surrendered by the owner listed on the microchip. He is a gorgeous dog with a rock solid temperament. He was even being prepped to be a service dog, so if you have any special needs we can accommodate. He is very playful and energetic and so will need somebody who is active enough to keep him occupied. Story
Meet the adorable Willy. He is a 7-week-old, (born about April 26, 2024) and weighing in at 8 pounds, he has pretty green eyes and is black and white, Husky mix. We think that Willy will get to weigh 50-55 lbs. He is being fostered by a Good Samaritan, who knew he was being neglected by his owner. Willy and his sister Winny are available for adoption together or separately. He is a happy boy! He loves to wrestle & play. He is a puppy and will require house training. He will require leash training when he is old enough. Huskies need companionship and exercise. This handsome boy will bring a lot of love and joy to your family. He is scheduled to be neutered but we are looking for his home now. He is microchipped and currently vaccinated. He will require a rabies vaccine at 4-months-old. Willy is ready to make your house a home.
