Story
My name might be Frosty, but there's nothing cold about my abundance of love and affection. Some say I walked right out of a Right Said Fred album, because "I'm Too Sexy for my coat. Once you get past my lavish coat, you'll quickly notice I express my feelings through these antennas (although my humans call them ears) on top of my head. Whatever you call them, they never miss the bag opening of T-R-E-A-T-S! Despite my love of treats, I keep my figure a svelte 50 lbs. I am nimble enough to walk the runway, and smart enough to graduate from Harvard (well, maybe Harvard elementary). I don't poop where I sleep (I'm both house and kennel trained) and I play well with others (of both the human and dog variety). I would love a home that can keep me mentally stimulated and have active paw-rent(s) that enjoy walks and spending time with me. If I sound like I would be a good fit for you and your family, please reach out to my rescue - I am eager to find my "fur-ever home!

Story
Max is a 10 -12 month old husky/shep mix with tons of personality. He is a lovable guy and super smart. He loves to play and enjoys going for walks. He is good with all dogs. He is housebroken and crate trained . Max’s only fault is that he can climb a chain-link fence. For this reason, we recommend a tie out when outside for the first few months. Until he is comfortable in a new environment, he really is a great dog and super friendly! He lives with cats and big and small dogs. Please contact Mountain Rottie rescue for more information. You can also fill out one of our applications located on our website . Max currently fostered in Elizabeth city North Carolina.

Story
Niko was a stray whose owners never claimed him, he is now looking for a new home. He is a typical husky. Friendly, adventurous, outgoing, and vocal! He likes female dogs and is ok with male dogs but would do better in a home without. Walks well on leash but is still learning. Has not been destructive in the house when left outside of the crate but is known to howl or cry without another dog around. Would do best with a fenced in yard, a runner and not good off leash! But would be fine without a fence if your willing to comit to walking him every day. Niko likes water and loves to swim, kids, and can be pretty calm for a husky and enjoys snuggling on the couch as long as he’s been exercised. He is a good boy who just needs some basic training and someone willing to give him a chance and put a little effort into him. Please message me with any questions, I’d love to find this boy his forever home! Unfortunately he is not good with cats or small animals.
