Story
Chiqui was from one of my sisters liter 3 years ago. I took her in and she’s always been a great dog. She listens and is a very calm dog. She’s a sweetheart. She’s loves to be babied around. She loves to go on walks. She’s good with other dogs and cats. I would love for her to go to a home where they have time to walk her and spend quality time.

Story
Katy was returned within days of being adopted in another county over and that shelter was going to put her down. I did not think that was fair so I picked her up. She was described as about one year old. Katy is her third name. She is micro chipped, fully vaxxed. I had her genetically tested for her breed and she is 72.3% siberian husky and the rest German Sheppard. She attends day care twice a week. Her energy has knocked me down twice. I don't want to break my arm. She deserves to live where there's snow. I have no idea how she came to NC. She deserves far better than a woman who understands just it is not fair to put a dog down because that prior adoption was a fail. She deserves a family and a place to run and other pooch friends. She loves dogs. She deserves better. She has an undercoat that needs brushed out in April and in Oct with a full grooming following each to help. You have to be a good person. PLEASE be experienced with the Siberian Husky breed.

Story
Shea came to us from another family who had to give her up due to them having an older dog who could not keep up with shea's enthusiasm. I have had her for a year now and shea's the sweetest pup ever! Unfortunately when i first got her i was in a long term relationship that has now ended so trying to move across country and keep up with two dogs and two cats by myself is no longer possible for me anymore. I am absolutely devastated to have to give her up but i know she deserves to have someone's full attention and love! She is good around dogs and cats, she is just still young and needs animals that will keep up with her energy! Shea is super affectionate and loves scratches and cuddles! She is 2 years old so she still has a lot of that puppy energy and does well on walks!

Story
Sienna was born in September of 2023 and as of posting this is 11 months old. She was brought into our home in late November the same year. Since then issues have developed between her and our previous dog. We tried to reintroduce them gradually but the problems persisted. so we made the hard decision to rehome Sienna. While she might not be the best with other animals, she loves people. She loves giving kisses and cuddling up next to peoples legs. She is a little bit yappy because she is half husky. The best home for her would be with someone who has had pets in the past but not currently. If you have small children or other animals in your care I DO NOT suggest you fill out a form. In addition it would be best if you had a sizable time to spend with her at home each day as she is still relatively young and needs training.
