Story
Lexie is an adorable girl in need of a forever home. Lexie spent the first two years of her life in a loving home, but after her owner suffered from strokes leaving them unable to care for her, she found herself in need of a new family.  Lexie is a sweet dog who loves people and gets along with other dogs. She is a little shy at first but tries hard to please people. She is crate trained and house trained. She has not had much experience walking on a leash but with some proper encouragement we're expecting her to figure it out quickly.  Lexie would love a home with a family able to spoil her the way she deserves! Lexie is up to date on her vaccines, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, microchipped and will be spayed prior to adoption.  If you think Lexie would be an amazing fit for your family, please e-mail us at arsw@arcticrescue.com for more information and to fill out an adoption application. July 15, 2024, 9:11 am

Story
Moose is an incredibly sweet little puppy looking for a forever home. Found as a stray, Moose has an amazing temperment. He loves people and is working hard to learn how to make new friends! Moose will need a family that can help him grow up and learn all the things a great dog needs to know. Moose has started crate and house training and is doing amazing. We expect that he will pick up his basic obedience skills quickly, especially with a family of his very own! Moose has had his first round of vaccinations and deworming, and has been started on his regular heartworm/flea/tick prevention. He will be current on age-appropriate vaccines and come with a neuter contract.  If you've been looking for a new best friend to add to your family, e-mail us at arsw@arcticrescue.com to get more information and fill out an adoption application!July 15, 2024, 9:11 am

Story
Luna is 1 years old, approximate birthday in June. She is very friendly but definitely needs training. She is crate trained and house trained. She will let you know when she needs to go out. She’s ok on a leash but needs leash training. Luckily she is VERY food motivated. She was supposed to be a foster but it fell through and I unfortunately don’t have the necessary resources for her to thrive. She’s good with other dogs but she needs to learn to how dogs play together, she nibbles them too much. She’s also good with young children just gets overly excited. She hasn’t had any shots and isn’t spayed/neutered either.
