Story
Hi! My name is Judge. I was surrendered to the shelter with my brother Jacoby by a backyard breeder at only 5 weeks old. I’m getting to be a big boy now and am ready to find my family. I am a typical puppy and don’t have an off switch. I can get very vocal but it's just because I have so much to say! I love to explore and get into things. I have had a great start at socialization and am very brave in new experiences. My favorite past time is digging holes and climbing on things. I am crate trained and am working very hard on learning my commands. I'm good at sharing my toys and even do good with the cat! My new family must understand my needs and what it will take to make me a happy, well adjusted adult. Daily vigorous exercise, and exposure to new things is a must. I'm going to be a big boy. Right now I’m all legs and ears, but that won’t last long. I am still young and working very hard my house training (so I may still have accidents). ADOPTION FEE: $350 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained) ADOPTER: Dog experience BIRTHDAY: 5/28/2024 FENCE: Required (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Yes DOGS IN HOME: Required CATS: Yes CHILDREN: Yes, 8 and over I AM READY TO GO HOME!! If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $350 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me! ***WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS. IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION OR ARE NOT YET READY TO PROCEED PLEASE APPLY WHEN YOU ARE.*** INQUIRIES: ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25. DO NOT: USE THE PETFINDER INQUIRY/CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those and you will not receive a response. PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!

Story
Sierra is a shy girl who is a very sweet and loving. She is good with kids ages 6+ years old and other dogs. She needs to go to a home without cats or other small animals, due to having a high prey drive. She was house broken and puppy pad trained when she came to us, but may need a refresher due to being in a shelter environment. Sierra will need consistent and ongoing training and enrichment to keep her being the best girl she can be. If you would like to meet Sierra, please stop by SPCA Cincinnati to visit her and all our other adoptable pets.

Story
Bandit is a very curious high energy boy who loves to sing the song of his people. In true Husky fashion he also tends to be very dramatic. He knows how to sit and give paw but only if you have snacks. He will need consistent and ongoing training, as well as enrichment to keep him busy. While bandit does well with other dogs and is very gentle with children 6+ years old, he is not good with cats and should not go to a home that has them or any other small animals. He is a super sweet and loving boy who is waiting for his furever home. If you would like to meet Bandit, please stop by SPCA Cincinnati to visit him and all our other adoptable pets.

Story
Meet Sasha! This beautiful 2.5-year-old Siberian Husky is a bundle of love and energy! She adores her humans and greets them with a wagging tail and slobbery kisses. Car rides are her absolute favorite—she's always the first to jump in and loves gazing out the window, dreaming of running alongside the car! Sasha enjoys playing with toys but gets bored quickly, so variety is key! She’s a pro at long walks and will practically put on her own harness! While she's crate trained and knows the basics, being a husky means she has her stubborn moments. Wrestling with her humans is one of her top pastimes, although she may have a soft spot for chewing on remotes and pens when left unattended! This picky eater loves treats but only if they’re Sasha-approved. She’s looking for a calm, experienced home without small children, as she can get nervous around them and has shown signs of anxiety. A fenced-in yard is a must to keep her safe and happy. If you're dedicated to helping Sasha overcome her fears and have the time to spend with her, she could be the perfect companion for you. Let’s help her find the loving home she deserves! Interested in adopting? Fill out the application today! Adoption app: https://halok9behavior.com/ ##2206205##
