Moo is the sweetest boy that got his name because he reminded me of a little brown and white calf when we saw him . Moo is 27lbs and the vet said he probably won’t get much bigger . He is a Husky/ Chihuahua mix that loves stuffed animals to tear up and play with but he knows which stuffies are his and which stuffies are the kids toys.He loves to cuddle with humans and other animals. He loves to try and play with cats but hasn’t figured out they do not reciprocate his love ! He is house broken and uses doggy door, and when we are not home, he is in his crate and sleeps Both in crate and out of crate easily. Moo loves to go on walks and camping and loves to sit on all pool and lake floaties or tubes. Sadly with my husband and I both working 12 hour shifts he does not get the attention this lovable, silly guy needs . Hi, I'm Nina, a 12-year-old Alaskan Shepherd/Husky mix. I might be a bit older, but I've got plenty of love and energy to share! During the day, I enjoy lounging around and taking naps, but I'll definitely let you know when I need to go out or want some attention. Despite being a husky, I'm not aloof at all. I love being brushed and sitting outside with my person - it's one of my favorite pastimes. I'm crate trained and sleep comfortably in my crate at night, though I also enjoy sleeping outside of it too. I'm great with kids and other people once I get to know you. I'm housetrained and know basic commands, especially when treats are involved. I'm a smart cookie and will check the yard for any escape routes, so it's important that fences and gates are secure. I enjoy going for a mile walk twice a day, and I could even go longer, but my human gets tired. On walks, my husky side really comes out - I like to be in front a little and can get easily distracted by other dogs or cats. I don't like being outside alone for long periods, and I really don't get along with cats. If given the chance, I might chase chickens too. I will be your calm, wise companion and will bring so much joy and love to your life.

Everyone meet Buck I have had him for the last couple of months. My ex got theman apartment dog for the kid's birthday and quickly realized that it wasn't going to work. As a dog this size is way to big for an apartment. I decided to help out since my kids liked him, but I just do not have enough time or fences to give him a really happy free life. He likes to roam around when he is not tied up which is not going to work with my neighborhood. He is really nice, but a very big guy. He needs a place he can roam or at least with adequate space and fences. He will make a great dog! The only bad thing I have noticed is he chasses birds so if you have chickens you'll need to train him to leave them alone. He really is a very sweet dog and I don't want to leave him tied up he's getting a bit depressed. Ill have to eventually take him to SafeHaven if I cannot find a re-home. I am not sure of his medical history.
