Meet Sugar - the sweetest little speedster with a heart of gold! This 1.5-year-old terrier mix is basically a tiny, furry bolt of lightning ⚡ with a heart full of love. She's got classic Jack Russell energy so If you’re looking for a playful, adventure-loving bestie who’s always ready to go, go, go… Sugar is your girl! 🏃♀️🐶
Her Foster calls her the “perfect dog” (and honestly, who are we to argue?!). Sugar has excellent leash manners, so you won’t have to worry about being dragged behind her like a cartoon character. She can be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she is pure happiness and ready for tons of cuddles.
🐾 High-Energy & Playful! Sugar is always ready for fun, whether it's zooming around the house, playing with his doggy pals, or sniffing out snacks (his true passion).

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
