Story
Hey Y'all, Grady here. Since I first met you, I have grown HUGE. I fit the category of "Gentle Giant" and "Ninja". I have also been called a horse. But, whatever you want to call me, sweet & kind fits best. January 16, 2024 I turned 1 year old. My foster mom said I weigh 110 lbs. There is nothing more that I love than kisses on my nose and head, scratches, hugs, swiping something from right under your nose, hanging out in my crate, hanging out at your feet, squishing myself into small areas (close to you) for a nap. I love playing in the sprinkler, playing chase with my fur-siblings here in foster care. I am dog social, love my people (nervous at first with new people but warm up quickly), house trained, crate trained, car rides. My mom is a Mountain Cur and dad a Labradoodle. All of my siblings have been adopted. For some reason I am still here. It is not a bad place, actually quite fun. I love the cold weather (we had snow this year).  My ideal furever family would love to snuggle, have patience, go hiking, camping, play in the water (sprinklers are perfect), go for car rides, and go to the beach. I have heard all about it. I think that is for me.

Small children I’m friendly but I may jump. family lifestyle: After running around in a big yard I come in the house and relax and love to just lay down by my foster and watch her work. I love to play with toys and love attention. I do use a slow feed bowl when I eat because I act like I haven’t eaten in a while. If other dogs come near my food I will growl but if people or kids grab my bowl I’m fine. I just don’t like to share with other dogs. I’m still a puppy so just full of energy. I do listen well to commands to go to bed I will go to my kennel and I sit on command.  I’m a really sweet boy and just ready to love my new family. ##2335023##

Story
adoption donation : $699 weight  35 lbs  Age 4 months as of 1/17        Charlotte and her siblings were dumped at a gas station in a rural part of Mississippi when they were quite young, they were starving when the Wags director  found them and took them in to the rescue. She nursed them back to health and gave them the vet care they needed and all five are now healthy and happy puppies, running and playing and snuggling together in a big puppy pile to nap.      Charlotte is so sweet! She is all tail wags and wiggles and just loves everyone she meets. She  is house trained at Wags but like any rescue may need a refresher course while she adjusts to a new home.    She is spayed, and up-to-date on his vaccines and ready for loving family of her own. We’re hoping to bring Charlotte up to the northeast next Saturday, February 8      Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.  Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. For more information on adopting Charlotte  or any of our many Wags dogs please email mariaeftimiades@yahoo.comtte     February 1, 2025, 9:59 pm

Story
adoption donation : $699 weight  40 lbs  Age 8 months as of 3/6        Austin is a gorgeous pup who is part of a litter that seemed to be Irish wolfhound mixes, they were mostly scruffy face pups although Austin looks more like a black lab. Austin and his  siblings were dumped at a gas station in a rural part of Mississippi when they were quite young, they were starving when the Wags director  found them and took them in to the rescue. She nursed them back to health and gave them the vet care they needed and all five are now healthy and happy puppies, running and playing and snuggling together in a big puppy pile to nap.      Austin is a sweet boy and is definitely warming up at his foster home  in the northeast but he’s shy around people but he absolutely adores other dogs ! He is never happier than when he is running and playing with other pups. We’d really like a home for Austin with at least one other dog, he just loves every dog he meets! He is fine with cats too.    Austin is housebroken, neutered and up-to-date on his vaccines and ready for loving family of his own.      Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.  Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue.
