Story
Introducing Mabusha: A Strong, Loyal Retriever Mix Looking for Her Forever HomeMeet Mabusha, a 1-year-old, 7-month-old Retriever mix who is ready to find her forever family! Mabusha is a sweet and strong girl with a lot of love to give, but she also has some spunky energy and a bit of a mind of her own. Currently living with another dog named Karuppy, Mabusha shows that she can live with another dog, though she may need a few meet-and-greets to ensure a smooth and positive relationship. She is not the biggest fan of other dogs, so patience will be required when introducing her to new canine friends.Training & Behavior Needs:Mabusha is a strong dog who lacks leash skills and boundaries. She’s a bundle of energy who will thrive in a home with experienced dog owners who can guide her through some basic training. She’s still working on her leash manners, and she could benefit from learning more appropriate behaviors, especially when it comes to her strength and impulses. Mabusha will need an owner who can provide consistency and structure as she continues to develop her manners and boundaries.Because Mabusha is strong and full of energy, she is not recommended for a home with young children. She may unintentionally overwhelm smaller family members with her exuberance. Her ideal home would be with adults or older children who can help set clear boundaries and engage in positive reinforcement training.Dog Compatibility:While Mabusha currently lives with Karuppy, she’s not the biggest fan of other dogs. If you have another dog, it’s important to schedule multiple meet-and-greets to assess compatibility and ensure a positive relationship. It’s not a “no” on other dogs, but careful introductions and patience will be key to helping her adjust and feel comfortable with another dog in the home. Not a Cat Lover:Mabusha has failed her cat test and should not be placed in a home with cats or small animals. She has a high prey drive and would be much happier in a home where she’s the only pet or in a home with a dog who shares her energy level and temperament.Escape Artist:Mabusha is quite the escape artist! She has shown a knack for finding ways to slip out of enclosures or fenced areas if they’re not secure. Her new family will need to ensure that their yard or living space is properly secured to prevent any “great escapes.” Keeping her safe will require a bit of extra attention to detail whe

Introducing Karuppy: A Strong, Affectionate Retriever Mix Seeking a Loving HomeMeet Karuppy, a 1-year-old, 7-month-old Retriever mix who’s full of energy, love, and potential! Karuppy is a strong-willed, playful girl who is ready to find a family that can help her become the best version of herself. She may need a bit of guidance, but she has so much love to offer to the right person. Currently living with another dog named Mabusha, Karuppy is open to sharing her space with a dog, but it might take a few meet-and-greets to ensure a smooth relationship.Training & Behavior Needs:Karuppy is still working on her basic training and is learning leash skills and boundaries. She is strong, playful, and can be a bit of a handful, so she would thrive best in a home with experienced dog owners who are patient and ready to help her develop good manners. She’s eager to learn, but she will need an owner who can provide structure, consistency, and positive guidance.Karuppy is also an escape artist! She’s quite clever and has been known to find ways to slip out of enclosures or fenced areas if they’re not secure. Her new family will need to make sure that their yard or living space is properly secured to keep her safe and prevent any “great escapes.”Because Karuppy is still in the process of learning boundaries, she’s not the best fit for a home with young children. She may unintentionally overwhelm smaller family members with her energy and enthusiasm. Her ideal family is one that is experienced with dogs needing basic training and is ready to work with her in a calm and structured environment.Dog Compatibility:Though Karuppy lives with Mabusha, she’s not always the biggest fan of other dogs. If you have another dog, it’s important to take the time for multiple meet-and-greets to ensure compatibility and help her adjust. It’s not an automatic “no” for other dogs, but patience and careful introductions will be key to helping her feel comfortable and safe around new canine companions. Not a Cat Lover:Karuppy has failed her cat test and should not be placed in a home with cats or small animals. She is much happier as the only pet or in a household where she is matched with a dog that has similar energy levels and temperament. Why Karuppy?Karuppy is a strong, loyal, and affectionate dog who’s looking for a family that can help her grow into a well-mannered and well-adjusted companion.
