Story
Introducing Mabusha: A High-Energy, Loyal Retriever Mix Ready for Her Forever HomeMeet Mabusha, a 1-year, 7-month-old Retriever mix with a big personality, a strong spirit, and an even bigger heart. Mabusha is a sweet, spunky girl who’s full of energy and ready for adventure—but she’s also still learning the ropes when it comes to manners and boundaries. If you`re an experienced dog owner who can offer structure, training, and plenty of love, Mabusha might just be your perfect match.Currently living with another dog named Karuppy, Mabusha has shown she can live with another dog, but she isn’t naturally dog-social and will need slow, patient introductions to any new canine friends. She’s also not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Personality & Training NeedsMabusha is high-energy, food-motivated, and always ready to go. She loves walks, is eager to explore the world, and is always on the lookout for her next snack or adventure. That said, she jumps up, pulls on leash, and lacks basic boundaries—so she’ll need consistent training and clear structure to thrive. She’s smart and responds well to positive reinforcement, especially when treats are involved, so training can absolutely be a fun and rewarding journey with her.Because of her strength, enthusiasm, and tendency to get a little overexcited, Mabusha is not recommended for homes with young children. She may unintentionally overwhelm smaller family members. A home with adults or older teens who can help reinforce her training would be ideal.Dog CompatibilityWhile she lives with Karuppy now, Mabusha is selective about her dog friends. If you already have a dog, multiple meet-and-greets will be essential. She needs slow, controlled introductions to other dogs to assess compatibility. She may be happiest as the only pet or with a well-matched, tolerant dog who shares her energy level. No Cats, Please!Mabusha has a high prey drive and has failed her cat test, so she should not be placed in a home with cats or small animals.Escape Artist AlertMabusha is clever and determined—she’s been known to test fences and find her way out of enclosures that aren’t secure. Her new family will need to ensure that their yard or home setup is escape-proof to keep her safe. A secure fence and supervision are must-haves.Ideal HomeMabusha is looking for an active, experienced home that can meet her energy needs while helping he

Story
Introducing Karuppy: A Strong, Affectionate Retriever Mix Seeking a Loving, Structured HomeMeet Karuppy, a 1-year, 7-month-old Retriever mix bursting with energy, affection, and untapped potential! This playful, determined girl is looking for a home where she can thrive with the help of patient, experienced dog owners who are ready to offer her the structure, training, and love she needs.Karuppy currently lives with another dog, Mabusha, and has shown she can coexist with the right canine companion. However, she’s not naturally dog-social and is best suited for a home as the only animal—or potentially with a well-matched dog after slow, intentional meet-and-greets to ensure compatibility. She’s also not suitable for homes with cats or small animals, as she has a strong prey drive. Training & Behavior NeedsKaruppy is strong-willed and playful, with a big personality and lots of energy. She’s still learning basic manners—especially when it comes to leash walking and boundaries. She loves long walks, but she’s definitely a puller and will need consistent training to improve her leash skills. This girl is also highly food-motivated, which makes her a great candidate for positive reinforcement training. With structure, clear expectations, and consistency, Karuppy is more than capable of becoming a well-mannered companion.Because of her energy and strength, Karuppy is not recommended for homes with young children. She could easily knock over smaller family members without meaning to, so older teens or adults are a better match for her current stage of development. Escape Artist AlertKaruppy is clever and determined when it comes to exploring. She has a knack for slipping out of enclosures or fenced areas if they`re not fully secure. A secure yard, proper supervision, and a watchful eye will be essential to keeping her safe.Dog CompatibilityWhile she does currently live with Mabusha, Karuppy isn’t always comfortable around other dogs. If you already have a dog, multiple meet-and-greets will be important to assess compatibility. A calm, patient introduction process can help her feel secure, but she will likely thrive best as the only pet in a home where she doesn’t feel the need to compete or defend her space. No Cats, PleaseKaruppy has failed her cat test and has a strong prey drive. She should not be placed in a home with cats or small animals. Ideal HomeKaruppy is searchi
