She loves to watch her sisters zoom around and play before she gets involved with precision. She loves using her puppy dog eyes to get cuddles before she attacks you with kisses and love. Cover Girl is the best at finding spots to sleep whether that be on your lap, a soft blanket, or a pillow. Once you take her home, you’ll learn how to live life in the chill lane! They tumble around and generally make themselves adorable while the foster mom gets ready for the day. During the day, the puppies alternate between playing, eating, cuddling, and generally being the best! They eat throughout the day to continue growing bigger and stronger and take lots of naps. In the evening, the girls get lots of kisses and snuggles as the household starts to wind down. They go out for one last potty and then go into their crate for the night. The Makeup puppies currently live with a dog and a cat. They adore them both and have made them their friends and playmates. The puppies will need continued training and socialization to ensure they are well-behaved adult pups. Homes should also be ready to discuss grooming requirements of the breed. Come find your new favorite makeup brand today!     The Makeup puppies are only an option for homes who have owned a dog of their own in the last 5 years. If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $750 Meet Glo-Worm – Your Mellow, Moppy, Magical Companion! With his bright white coat and freshly groomed charm, Glo-Worm is a little cloud of love waiting for his forever home. As a 5-year-old Maltipoo (Maltese-Poodle mix), his soft, non-shedding coat makes him an excellent choice for allergy-sensitive households—or for anyone who simply prefers a pup that doesn’t leave fur behind! From the moment he arrived in his foster home, Glo-Worm fit in like he had always been there. He confidently explored the backyard, made himself comfortable among the two large resident dogs, and quickly became a little shadow to his foster mom. If you work from home, expect a quiet, cuddly office buddy who will happily snooze nearby while you type away. He’s not overly playful with the other dogs, but he gets along just fine, setting polite boundaries with the younger, more rambunctious pup in the house. And while he doesn’t need constant attention, he does believe he should be allowed to sit next to you on the couch…or at the dining table…or on your lap. A Day in the Life of Glo-Worm 6:00 AM – Early Riser in TrainingGlo-Worm starts the day with a few polite whines to be let outside. His foster mom is working on syncing his routine with the other dogs, so he’s learning to wait until 7 AM, but he’s just so excited for breakfast! 7:00 AM – Breakfast & Nap TimeBreakfast is served—moist kibble with a little soft food mixed in (because plain dry kibble is not up to his standards). Afterward, he takes a well-earned nap in his foster mom’s home office while she works. 10:30 AM – Neighborhood Walk & ExcitementThis is where Glo-Worm really lights up! He loves his daily walks and trots along with enthusiasm, never pulling or barking at passing dogs. It’s the perfect mix of adventure and exercise before another well-deserved nap. 5:00 PM – Dinner TimeAnother delicious meal, prepared just the way he likes it. After eating, he settles into his dog bed while the humans enjoy their own dinner, ever the polite little gentleman. 6:30 PM – Evening LoungingGlo-Worm enjoys winding down with the family, whether it’s curling up with a blanket (he’s especially patient when his 6-year-old foster sibling tucks him in) or quietly hanging out while the resident dogs play. 8:00 PM – BedtimeGlo-Worm happily heads to his crate for the night, sleeping soundly until it’s time to do it all again! The Perfect Home for Glo-Worm Glo-Worm would thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention—whether as a solo dog or with a calm companion. He’d love an adopter who works from home, as he enjoys being near his person. That said, he does well when crated for a few hours if you need to run errands. He’s already housetrained, crate-trained, and even mastered the doggy door. He’s not much of a barker except when someone’s outside the door, making him an excellent little watchdog. He mostly ignores the resident cat (aside from one dramatic bark), so he’d likely be fine with a dog-savvy feline. Why Adopt Glo-Worm? Glo-Worm is easygoing, affectionate, and already trained—no puppy antics here! He’s the perfect mix of independent and cuddly, equally happy following you around or curling up for a cozy nap. And let’s be honest—after his fresh groom, he looks like a mini Falcor from The NeverEnding Story (and who wouldn’t want a luck dragon of their own?). If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, loving companion who brightens up every room he enters, Glo-Worm is ready to light up your life!March 5, 2025, 2:03 pm

Introducing The Strings, a lively band of 10 week old Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie) puppies ready to play their way into your heart! Rescued from a shelter without their mom, these little rockstars are tuning up for their forever homes. While we can only guess their exact parentage, we do know one thing—they’re small, spirited, and full of love! Each day follows the same rhythm: wake up at 6:30 AM for breakfast, play like wild musicians at a jam session, nap around 10 AM, have lunch at noon, and then back to rehearsing (a.k.a. playing) until another nap from 4 to 6 PM. Dinner at 6, encore playtime, and finally, bedtime at 10 PM. And yes, they are all housetrained, crate-trained, and familiar with potty pads—a true masterpiece in puppy progress! Meet The Band: Ukulele – The Gentle BalladUkulele, weighing 6.6lbs, is the laid-back love song of the group. While his siblings are composing chaos, he's happy being the soft acoustic melody, cuddling up on your lap or snoozing on your foot. He’s playful, but don’t expect any wild solos—he’s usually the first one to fall asleep, possibly dreaming of belly rubs and lullabies. Banjo – The Sweet SerenadeBanjo, weighing 7.8lbs, will steal your heart with her big, soulful eyes and adorable eye contact. She loves a good belly rub and will nuzzle right up to you like a heartfelt country tune. She’s playful but also knows when to slow things down for some quality snuggles. Mandolin – The Indie SoloistMandolin, weighing 5.4lbs, is the independent artist of the bunch—happy to play with others but just as content entertaining herself. She’s always on the move, composing her own adventures, climbing playpens, and chasing toys like a whirlwind of musical energy. Making eye contact with her? Good luck—she’s too busy writing her next hit single (or, you know, chewing on a teething toy). Fiddle – The High-Energy EncoreFiddle, weighing 6.6lbs, is pure, unfiltered rock 'n' roll. She’s the first to escape the playpen (Mandolin learned her moves from her), the first to jump on the couch, and the last one to wind down. If she were a musician, she’d be the one crowd-surfing. She loves attention, hates being bored, and will make sure you know it! Living with Puppies – The Greatest Hit You'll Ever Raise Raising a puppy is like learning a new instrument—at first, it’s all noise, but with patience and practice, it turns into beautiful music! These little ones are teething (so expect some impromptu drum solos on your shoes), love to wrestle (puppy sumo matches happen daily), and are still mastering their training. They’re great with other dogs and will thrive in homes that continue their socialization, training, and, of course, endless love. So, are you ready to add some music to your life? These adorable Morkies are looking for their forever audience—adopt one today and let the love song begin! March 4, 2025, 9:27 pm

This 2 year old velcro pup doesn’t just want to be near you—he wants to be on you, leaning in like he’s the human equivalent of a weighted blanket. If you’ve ever wished your bath loofah could follow you around the house, this is your chance. Loofah starts his mornings with an enthusiastic potty dash (small bladder, big commitment), followed by breakfast and a relaxing day of being right there beside you. He’s an expert in lounging, lap-warming, and staring lovingly into your soul while you work. On walks, he transforms into a happy little trotter, occasionally zigzagging like he’s composing an abstract masterpiece on the sidewalk. Squirrels? Very intriguing. Other dogs? A sniff, a nod, and a polite move-along—like the cool kid in the dog park. Loofah currently shares his foster home with two cats, and while he thought chasing them might be a fun game at first, they quickly taught him otherwise. After a firm 'no' and some serious feline side-eye, he got the message. Now? He coexists peacefully, even exchanging sweet nose boops with one of them! Because of this, we think Loofah is a great candidate for a home with cats—especially ones who, like his current roommates, know how to set boundaries. His foster family adores him and has plenty of hilarious and heartwarming stories to tell. 'People stop us on walks just to admire him—he's got that ‘ridiculously handsome’ kind of charm,' his foster says. 'He also sleeps on his back with his paws up, looking like a teddy bear that’s just given up on life. And car rides? The first time we opened the door, he hopped right in, curled up on the floor mat, and napped like he’d been doing it forever.' Another favorite quirk? Mealtime manners. 'He’ll wait patiently in the kitchen but won’t start eating until I pretend to chop veggies and ‘add’ them to his bowl. I don’t know where he picked this up, but it cracks me up every time.' Loofah is fully house-trained (as long as you don’t forget that early morning potty break!), but crating is a hard no—he much prefers your bed, your couch, or anywhere you are. He thrives in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he finds deep comfort in human companionship. If you’re looking for an affectionate, well-behaved, cat-approved snuggle buddy who will be your devoted shadow, Loofah is ready to soak up all the love—and give it right back. March 6, 2025, 11:53 am

Story
Ezekiel is a purebred Maltese and is about 10 years old. But don't let his age fool you. He's as spunky and playful as ever! He loves being around people and is house trained. He loves to play, cuddle, and overall just wants to be the perfect companion to everyone. Due to our busy schedule and unexpected health of family, we are unable to give him the proper care and attention that he deserves. We are looking for a loving home for him.

Story
Poor Mochi was neglected severely matted and very dirty at a distant shelter. Shelter had him shaved down by a kind groomer who donated her service. ð&#194&#159&#194&#146&#194&#156ð&#194&#159&#194&#152&#194&#141 He did get a nick on his tail from shave down. Needed a bandage on his tail. He was badly matted to his skin. Now he feels so much better. Happy and lovable. Mochi has been great with the foster home's 2 dogs cuddly polite friendly and very sweet. He is an absolute love very sweet snuggly polite and affectionate. Mochi loves his healthy foods and cuddling with foster mom. He will rest learn and get healthy and then will get his neuter surgery. More info. to come. Update: Mochi needs a new experienced foster home. He did great at his first temporary foster home with their two dogs. Loved cuddling lounging and quiet home with yard. Now that is feeling better and comfortable... They have biz travels so he was moved to a foster home monday evening in San Francisco with another dog. But city life is too noisy and busy for him. High foot traffic on walks. To much for him while he is adjusting and learning. At first foster home in San Jose with quiet neighborhood and backyard he was calmer and relaxed. Need experienced foster home to guide and train him on walks to not do reactive barking at new dogs. He loves to cuddle and very sweet. Good with her dog at home.February 27, 2025, 12:37 pm
