Story
I acquired Dexter from a friend. He is a spunky, loving, cuddly 8 year old dog. Dexter has a condition called cerebella hypoplasia . This affects his coordination and walking. He has the ability to use all of his legs however, he is unable to balance for long periods of time which results in a lot of rolling around. In spite of this he has the best spirit out of any dog I have ever been around. He knows his name when you call him, he can fetch (it may take him a little longer than other dogs to bring the ball back to you), and he is potty trained in doors. Dexter doesn't do a lot of walking on his own so he needs help to get to food, water, and to bring outside to go to the bathroom. Although he knows not to potty inside I use a diaper for him just in case for accidents. I know all of this sounds intimidating but he truly is the most loveable dog you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. This is not something I ever wanted to do but I currently do not have a choice.

hello, my name is Milo. I am a seven year-old Maltese poodle mix, and I am in need of a new home due to some unforeseen circumstances with my parents having to move. They are devastated and heartbroken to let me go, but they know this is for the best. I can be an anxious dog When meeting strangers or new people and shows that by barking and snapping at times. For the most part I am calm and love to nap, go for walks and play fetch. I am is deserving of someone who will give me a second chance at life! All my local shelters/ organizations are at full capacity. If anyone specializes is behavioral issues or aggression please reach out and let me know! If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications. We do not do out-of-state adoptions. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Story
Meela is a very sweet 1yo Maltipoo who is in need of a loving home where she can get lots of attention and focus. Meela is gentle, playful, and energetic. She has had formal command and behavior training (walks well on a leash, will follow several commands such as sit, stay, come, in your crate, paw). Meela is not yet fully potty-trained, when she has free access to outdoors she’ll go outside, but otherwise still needs additional work on holding it when indoors. She will, however, hold it fine for extended periods when in her crate, she holds it all night for 10+ hours, and can hold it for however long is needed during the day when in her crate.. Our family situation is unfortunately not one that can spend the time working with her as much as she needs. She would greatly benefit from a family who can give her the attention and time she needs to finish potty training. She is a wonderful, loving puppy and we will miss her incredibly!
