Story
Meet Thea!!!! This poor girl was found in Mississippi on a muddy side road by lots of brush and trees. She came into the shelter and we saw her. Not many people down south want brindle dogs. Yes, I know. It's crazy. So we promised to bring her north and find her a forever family. Thea is a confident and awesome pup. She adjusts to situations very easily. Going on hikes, walks, to the brewery, beach or anything, Thea is ready to go. She absolutely adores other dogs, kids and humans. Thea loves playing in the backyard, but also enjoys playing with toys. She has not learned the fetch process yet, but she will. Her favorite toys are squeakies. She would love to have these in her new home. Thea is a cuddle bug when she wants to hang out. She is not a spaz of a puppy. We put her as a med energy pup, which is perfect for a new family to adjust to. Thea still being a pup, she will need to continue with socializing, training and lots of attention. She cannot be left for long hours yet as well. For her age, we would say no more than 3-4 hours a day. We also want our puppies to attend basic training classes as well, to learn manners, commands and how to be the best pup ever. Don't miss out on this beautiful girl Thea. She has lots of love, fun and kisses to give. She cannot wait to join her forever family and have lots of fun and love to look forward to!! Apply today for Thea!!! PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. Pepper is a sweet boy who has been waiting way too long for a home. He is about a year old. He is very affectionate and gets along well with other dogs. He is excellent with kids and previously lived with a toddler who he loved. Pepper is shy, calm, and laid back but also loves to play. He loves to snuggle too. He is almost fully house trained. He has not been around cats. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, heartworm tested negative, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He is a good boy who deserves a home of his own! Story
I'm gonna make you an wo-offer you can't refuse. That's what Pacino told his foster parents when he was found and brought to San Antonio, TX for a better life! For his well-behaved demeanor, cute puppy face, playfulness, and getting along with other dogs he'd be given a roof, a nice cold dish of water, meals and treats everyday, plus tons of love. It was a good deal! Pacino comes from a long line of Dog-Father's, tough dogs out in the world who's business is their own. But, they are loyal, loving and strong characters to have around you. Pacino is potty and crate trainee; and a sociable happy dog! He does like to chew on things and should be kept away from shoes, tables and what not. Pacino would pair better with older kids. Some basic information about Pacino; he is 2-year(s) old, male, a Plott Hound mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Home, home on the range-r! Ok, that is not how the song goes, but I still think the song is about me! I am Ranger and I am in need of a home! Get it? I am a cool, Plott Hound mix, and a large (about 70#) boy looking for my forever family! Plott hounds are smart and active dogs, even though I am now an adult dog, I still take after my breed and love to have athletic challenges and play time. I know I will be someone's ride or die!!! If you have longed for a big, stunning dog then I am your guy! I will make some active individual, couple or full blown family one GREAT addition! But don't wait long... I will be adopted very very quickly! ***Ranger is very large, strong and energetic. MUST have a house and fenced yard and active family as well as strong leadership. No apartments or townhouses.*** Ranger has the loving heart of a warrior and would love to be your running partner or biking or camping or hiking or traveling or just wandering around- he is IDEAL for your active lifestyle! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Let it go, let it gooooooo ...Can't hold it back anymore ... Yes, my name is Elsa, just like that Elsa! I came into this world in February, right in the middle of a chilly San Antonio winter when the temps were plummeting, and life was tough for many. But fate smiled upon me, and a kind-hearted man and his family came to my rescue, sparing me from the freezing cold. I'll be honest; I'm a sensitive soul. Loud voices and sudden noises tend to rattle me, but let me tell you, once I've warmed up to you, I'm a different dog entirely. I'll shower you with kisses and share my whole heart. You see, I'm not just pretty on the outside; I'm smart and gentle, too. What I need most is a patient family willing to give me the time and space to settle into my new home. Trust me; I have so much love to give. In my foster home, they've discovered a side of me that shines when I play with their Big Great Pyrenees. We're like a couple of kids, playing hide and seek, and chasing each other around. I'm also a sunbather at heart, so outdoor lounging in the sun is a favorite pastime of mine. Now, here's the thing: I'm not a fan of long car rides, and I can get a little nervous. But if you speak to me gently and reassure me, I'll find my courage. Leash walks can be a bit tricky too, but with your patience and encouragement, I'm willing to give it a try. In the evenings, I like to cozy up in bed with my humans, though I don't demand it. I just love to be near the ones who care for me. I'm on the lookout for a forever home, a place where I'll be cherished and appreciated just as much as I have been in my foster family. If you're seeking a loyal companion who's ready to bloom with your love, look no further - I'm right here. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
