Gretta is a spunky 9-year-old pointer mix who loves independent playtime with her own toys or chasing after a thrown ball. She's an excellent fetcher, but be prepared for a 50/50 chance on getting the toy back . While she enjoys her own company, she thrives on walks, jogs, or bike rides with her humans. Gretta gets along well with cats and other dogs but prefers human companionship. She's unsure about children and doesn't play rough. Gretta is a well-behaved pup who is: * Leash-trained * Housebroken * Non-chewer * Food-neutral * Listens to commands * Enjoys swimming Gretta would be a great fit for an active adult or couple who enjoys outdoor activities and quiet cuddle time. Gretta's adoption fee is $300 plus MN tax which covers her spay, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care she may have needed while in the rescue's care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. A smart and friendly boy who is always ready for adventure! Yuri would love to find an active family who enjoys getting outside for walks or hikes. He is very social and enjoys playing with other dogs of all sizes/ages. Yuri would prefer a home with a fenced yard and plenty of room to chase a ball. He likes to be where the action is, but also enjoys relaxing on the couch for a nap or belly rub. Yuri is housetrained and well behaved when home alone, so he doesn't need a crate and doesn't have separation anxiety. He is great on car rides and easy to take along on outings. Since Yuri is a young strong dog, who loves chasing squirrels, basic training on loose leash walking would be helpful. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption.
