Meet Hailey! This sweet 4-year-old, 35 pound Shepherd mix loves people (especially kids) and enjoys playing with other dogs at the park.
Despite a tough start in life, Hailey is friendly, affectionate, and eager to make new friends. She greets people by rubbing against their legs and rolling over for belly rubs—her playful personality is sure to bring smiles!
Hailey is fully housetrained, and she'll let you know when she needs to go outside by pacing at the door. She's also quick to communicate her needs and emotions, whether it's initiating play or showing anxiety with subtle growls. In just a short time, she’s learned how to express herself clearly.
Hailey is crate- and leash-trained and knows basic commands. She’s adapted well to city life, even taking her first train ride without issue, quickly making a new friend on board! She’s a great companion for active families but is also content to relax after a good walk or play session.
Hailey would do well in a home where she gets plenty of exercise and attention, but she’s not demanding and can handle some alone time as long as she gets her daily walks. If she sounds like the perfect companion for you, apply to adopt her today!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
