Meet Pumpkin Hi there! My name is Pumpkin and I am a young, fun-loving female dog who is also athletic, brave, curious, dignified, friendly, funny, gentle, and loyal. I am great with other dogs and love playing and getting to know other pups. My foster mom says that I am house-trained and can be left alone at home while they are at work, as I am quite independent. I enjoy quiet time, but also love going on adventures and playing with toys. If you're looking for a well-rounded, loving, and smart companion, I am the one for you! Even though I am young, I am very calm and collected. I would love to find a forever home with owners who can give me lots of love, attention, and affection. I am a very good girl who just wants to find a family to love and take care of. I was born on thanksgiving day 2024! I am microchipped, UTD vaccinations, on a monthly flea and tick and heartworm pill. My rescue knows who my mommy is, but unsure of who my daddy is. My mommy is 50 pounds, and according to a chart, I am expected to be between 50-75 pounds! I am smaller than my brother, so i could potentially stay on the smaller side?? I can be cat tested upon request ( unless my rescue was able to do this prior to you finding my profile), just ask woofwoof fosters ( my rescue), they would be happy to answer any questions! adoption donation : $699 weight 40 lbs Age 2 years Sweet Stubby was found wandering alone in a rural part of Mississippi, and taken in by an elderly man who fell in love with this gentle boy but couldn’t keep him. He called Wags for help and the rescue took him in, The man’s grandson named him Stubby for his little short legs! Stubby is a sweet boy, he is gentle and gets along fine with all the dogs at the rescue. He was recently neutered and has all his vaccinations and is ready for a loving home. Stubby absolutely loves to be with his people, he follows the director of the rescue all over the property, his little tail wagging. He is gentle with children and just a great family dog. Stubby is house trained at Wags but like any rescue may need a refresher while he adjusted to a new home. Stubby is ready to come to the northeast on Saturday, March 8. He will make a wonderful member of the family. Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. Rhianna is looking for a quiet home where she can get walks and lots of time in the sunshine. She is a quiet girl that likes to be nearby but not in your lap. She loves her family, but is not comfortable around new people or strangers. She has been living with her family since she was a puppy. The family has dealt with their shyness around new people but, Things changed when a new baby came on the scene. The baby is now five years old and has special needs. Her unpredictable motor movements keep Rhianna on edge. For the safety of both, the parents would like to see Rhianna go into a quiet home where predictable routines will give her security. All our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They have been dewormed and are current on vaccinations. Our adoption fee includes 30 days of complimentary medical insurance for your new pet. Breed and size is frequently a guess and can not be guaranteed. Our dogs are fostered on a private residence, we do not have a free standing shelter. They live on a farm where they run and play with other dogs, cats, horses, and barnyard fowl. Once your adoption application is approved, you will be invited to meet our dogs/puppies.
