Marvin is a sweet and noble dog, 1.5 years old and 30 pounds. He was hanging around the shelter for a couple of weeks, he was given food, water and some love, but we decided to take him in when he arrived really injured and covered in blood, we think he was attacked by dogs. Fortunately in his medical checkup he didn't come out with many problems, and he is now healthy and ready for his new home! He knows how to coexist with other dogs, although he has his temper, he is usually very tolerant with effusive puppies. He likes to sleep in his giant bed, is crate-trained, house-trained and is sociable and friendly with new people. He knows how to ride in a car, and smiles when you scold him, he is adorable! We don't know exactly what breed he is, google lens finds a resemblance to an English Pointer and Andalusian ratter. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

Animal Profile: Harvey is an 12 month old male Pointer/Pit bull mix. His foster in Texas says he is friendly with people, great with the resident dogs and respectful of the cats. He is very treat motivated, and is doing well with potty training. He's also learned to sit nicely for his treats! Foster Update: Harvey is a sweet, well mannered boy who loves a good snack and can’t wait to play with his toys. He’s getting along great with the resident dog and has great play tendencies with all dogs we’ve seen him play with. He’s a little timid when meeting new people but warms up with a little time and some gentle support. Harvey is potty trained and is very well crate trained (he loves to spend time in his crate!). Looking for a home with a securley fenced yard and a canine companion. Harvey will need an experienced large breed owner to help teach him boundries. We are not considering homes with small children at this time. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve.
