  Hello, Meet Rope, a 4 month old Pomeranian chihuahua mix. Rope is an easy-going , smart and playful friend.  After some initial low growls to let them know he's not afraid, he gets along great with his foster mom's 3 [much] bigger dogs. He's doing well with crate training. He is making awesome progress on potty training and has learned the "sit" and “paw” command. He sleeps through the night and holds his bladder till the morning. When walking outside he is discovering the world one sniff at a time. He wishes he could fly and climb trees to catch squirrels. He is friendly and interacts well with children. He gets compliments from people all the time. He loves to play with his toys.  He is a sweet and fun puppy that will bring so much joy to his forever home. Are you ready to meet me? IMPORTANT: We are looking for a very specific adopter for Alfie as this poor little girl is very scared and it is likely she had little human contact before she came to HART. She is with one of our trainers and making progress in learning to trust. She is very playful and bonded to 2 of the trainers dogs and loves to run and play with them and be near them. However, it is still hard to pick her up and she is a flight risk. Alfie has so much potential and has made very good progress in a short period of time but still has a way to go. To be considered as a possible adopter for Alfie, you will need to have dog experience as an adult (bonus if you have worked with scared dogs before), already have a playful, outgoing dog that can show Alfie the ropes, have no kids in your home, and live in a quiet, calm home with a highly secure fenced yard. My original family bought me and let me roam and said to neighbors “we don’t want him, you keep him”! Ouch!I was lucky that the neighbors took me in and treated me like the sweet puppy I am. They are older and a puppy wasn’t on their wish list.I am crate trained and like sleeping in my crate or a dog bed. I am soooo sweet. I am doing great on potty breaks outside. I am all love and I must say quite the looker. Buddy Boo is deaf but responds to hand signals for sit, down and working on stay.. He will keep eye contact to know what is expected of him. He is a care free, hoppy, zoomie puppy. Are you ready to bring me home? I’ll be the best boy ever!

Monster is 6 years old, she turns 7 in December. She is very sweet & loves attention. She likes to snuggle at your feet and play fetch. She has a heart murmur since we got her which was 8 weeks old but it doesn’t affect her at all. She has gotten regular dental cleanings & have done well under anesthesia. She is trained on a pee pee pad so she is mostly an inside dog. She does have a sensitive stomach so too much human food or food that is not part of her diet upsets her stomach. She knows basic commands like sit, paw, down, off and in (for her crate). She comes when called. Looking for a family that can give her the attention she craves, plays & cuddles are necessary. She is also a perfect dog to announce when someone has arrived! Of course it will take her time to adjust to new environments. Serious inquiries only. Dallas is an amazing dog with a lot of love to give. He has the heart of a young pup and loves to burn off energy outside. He loves children and adults; he truly enjoys being laid up under a human and being rubbed. Dallas is the dog that will never leave your side. Dallas is a 5-year-old Pomeranian, that is puppy pad trained. Occasionally, he may have an accident but primarily goes on pad. When he's outside he sometimes chooses to relieve himself so please keep bags on hand. Dallas loves going to different stores such as walmart, petsmart, and Giant (in a travel bag of course). I am looking to rehome Dallas because I am currently pregnant and preparing to move to a new state. Dallas requires a lot of attention and would do well in a home with someone who works remotely or someone who is retired.
