Story
Hey everyone, Gotti’s a big lovable boy. He was raised with us, his one and only family with two young kids, since the age of 8 weeks old. He loves family, that’s all that matters to him. He only wants to be with his pack and will be a shadow at your side day in and day out. He loves the outdoors and that’s where I want him to be next. A household with a farm or land so that he may roam free. Gotti has done will with other dogs, he isn’t fixed, so it’s best he goes into a home without another dominant male dog or breed. He was not raised with cats not has he encountered one but I wouldn’t risk it. We just want him to go to a good home, he’s our goofy boy who’s always looking to play and be at your side.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. //   Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.orgAdoption Fee: $550 plus taxURGENT: These Puppies Need Your Help!Arriving 3/22 Our rescue partner in Mississippi is overflowing with puppies. These sweet pups have never known the warmth of a loving home—only the harsh reality of a crowded shelter. Now is the time to make a difference. If you’ve been thinking about adopting or fostering, these puppies need you now more than ever. We’re still learning about their unique personalities, but one thing is clear—they’re desperate for love, safety, and a second chance. Will you be the hero they’re waiting for? Open your heart and home today—these pups can’t wait any longer!   * Puppies under 5 months should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time to help them with potty training and socialization.   If you have previously applied with us please email placement@midwestanimalrescue.org to reactivate your application with new interest.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  or    *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called 'cute' as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance. //

Story
Select the "Apply for Adoption" if you would like to adopt Hi! My name is Kittara and I am from Oklahoma. I hear you like Big Mutts, and I can guarantee you'll like me! I am about 5 months old and 50 lbs, they say I'm part Rottweiler. From her foster: Kittara is a very playful and energetic puppy. She absolutely loves people and attention. She is good with other dogs and enjoys running around at the dog park. She is still working on walking on her leash nicely but has gotten a lot better already. She is crate trained and will go in if you stand by the crate with a treat. Kittara only had a few accidents since coming into our home at the very beginning but has been good about going to the bathroom outside. Kittara has a strong prey drive and chases everything ,so she should go to a home without cat. She loves kids, however she does not realize how big she is and will knock them over. Kittara is the biggest snuggler at night and can't get close enough to you. She loves her people and everyone she meets. Kittara needs to go to a home without cats and preferable only older children. She would thrive in a home with another dog to play with. She is currently living in an apartment and does well. She doesn't bark much. She would love to have a fenced yard to run in with a doggy friend.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kolt and his 11 siblings were born in rescue.  Khloe, their momma, was surrendered from a local Minnesota backyard breeder. They love other dogs. They love everyone and everything. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. We have the puppies listed as altered, however, they have not been as of yet. We will not finalize adoption until after they are fully vetted including the spays and neuters. Pups will need to be maintained and not on yards/ in places where unvaccinated dogs could have been until they are at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated. (timeline will be updated as vaccinations happen) First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to us for vaccinations and our vet for spay/neuter  Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 12, 2025, 5:02 pm
