She has done absolutely fine with older children. She has not been exposed to smaller kids other than walking through the store and did fine. She has been completely vetted and is house and crate trained. She loves her belly rubs and will often wait for you to give her one before coming inside. I was found out on the streets, skinny and sad with these HUGE marks all around my muzzle :( It is obvious to the rescuers that I had been bound around my mouth/muzzle for an extended point of time..... no words can express how sad and heartbroken this makes my rescue peeps feel, cause I am the BESTEST girl! Loving and smart and GREAT with EVERYONE I meet!! I have puppy-dog brown eyes that'll absolutely pull at your heart strings, so careful when I look up at you! I have the ability to melt you into jelly, so get ready to make me your NEWEST family member!! Welcome Rocky to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Rottweiler or Shepherd/Bulldog is our best guess on breed. He has a beautiful grey coat that is shorter and he is athletic and friendly. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a good weight and is about 1.5 years old. He has new adult teeth that are still nice and clean. He would be perfect for a runner, walker, jogger, hiker or athletic and outdoorsy family. He loves all people so you won’t have any trouble with him meeting new people. He would love to join a family on all their adventures. He is good in his kennel and goes potty in his outdoor space. He hasn’t been reactive when we had him on leash. He is a head turner for sure. He is getting his vaccinations and will be neutered and ready for his forever home in a couple of weeks. He is outgoing and would be fine with a family that has children. We would like children to be 8 or older. Rocky is not a big shedding dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Mosley “Moe” is about 3 years old. He loves being wherever his person is! He is very loyal to his people. He is athletic and enjoys runs and walks. He is also content on the couch being lazy. He is treadmill trained, e-collar trained and walks and runs pretty well on a leash. He does have some territory aggression with is home and owners but with proper training I think he could get better. He is truly the sweetest boy! We just are a busy family with young kids and I think he would do better in a home without kids. Let me know if you would like to meet him!

Above all things Bernie is a lover. He loves other dogs, people, and snuggles! He is really sweet. Great with kids and other dogs. We estimate Bernie turned 1 in early December 2025. He is still a puppy with a lot of energy. Fully potty trained and knows basic commands. Bernie is 56% Bernese Mountain Dog, 13% Border Collie, 10% American Staffordshire Terrier, 5% Australian Cattle Dog, and has a few other breeds. He is healthy, up to date on vaccines and has been neutered. We have to rehome Bernie due to my sons allergies. Bernie is still a puppy and could benefit from additional training. He does jump up on people when he is excited, chews on things occasionally, and is not the best on a leash. He is very food motivated.
